Just needing a couple last minute gifts, this was a relatively quick in-and-out trip, but I was able to find what I was looking for and get in and out in a short amount of time, another goal achieved! Like most TJ Maxx stores, you aren't likely to interact with anyone on the sales floor, so either find it yourself or assume they do not have it, but as far as Maxx outlets go, you certainly could do worse than the Menomonee Falls outlet.

This is absolutely the worst Wal Mart location I have ever been to. All of the employees have a…read moreconfused look on their face when you ask them a question. They stand around chatting with each other, and barely notice that there are even customers around them. The grocery order pick up is a joke. There are always delays, it takes them HOURS to shop like 10 items. They have a phone number listed that you are supposed to call when you arrive, except no one answers that phone number. The worst part is, they are completely unapologetic for how horrible their service is. This department has one job: to receive orders, shop those orders, and have them ready when you arrive. They are unable to accomplish this task. I have lived all over the country, and I have never encountered such inept, oblivious, and unmotivated Walmart employees. Looks like it is back to Aldi for low price groceries. At least their employees greet you with a smile and know what they are doing. Ridiculous. I found many great items that I purchased. The only issue was a rude worker named Wendy(older black lady near the fitting rooms). She was giving me dirty looks as I was trying on clothes in and out of the fitting room. At first I ignored her(just thinking she was some crabby old lady) then when I moved my cart out of the way(so people could walk back and forth the fitting rooms she barked at me and told me "you better move your cart by your door now little girl" I immediately told her "you better watch how you speak to people" I spoke with the manager John(I believe that was his name) about this yesterday and told him about the rude employee named Wendy. Come out to find out by reviews (google and here) she's a reoccurring problem there. I made sure to reported her to Goodwill corporate but this interaction will not stop me from still going back and finding good deals. Everyone else was nice and my suggestion for anyone who comes across Wendy and she is being rude to you, just tell her to shut it and enjoy your shopping experience regardless of this older black lady who is unhappy with her life.
