Let me say she was great!!! As I understand, Walmart hourly employees are not DEDICATED STRAIGHT TALK TECHNICIANS. However, she listened and used her own phone and completed the entire process for us. Reba was a to notch professional with us and she truly deserves these accolades along with a big fat raise in her next performance review!!! Thank you Reba!!

Call 318.541.1547 as listed on the posted signage and no one answers. There are six (6) full adults working and I orally told one staff person at the pickup area and parked in #3. He said okay. 5mins later, I'm getting the app just to get cat food and milk for the parent. How and why this place keeps such substandards while profiting is beyond me. Even Sam's Club pickup isn't much better but it is more responsive. One app is enough for me and memory ain't free. Target for the win as their pickup sets the standard.

The longer this place is open the more racist it becomes. When I was in management decades ago I…read morewas taught, then later taught employees myself, that the only color that matters is green. You treat every customer the same. The location on Mansfield has been very racist for years and now unfortunately this location is following the same path. Just the other day we were walking in. There was a black female employee standing by the door, presumably keeping track of the people coming and going on a little tablet. She happily greeted the black couple in front of us as they entered. She looked up at us and immediately looked back down without saying a word. Then she happily greeted the black couple behind us! How were we supposed to take that exactly? I took it as she's racist and doesn't need to be working there. Then there's the cashiers. It's insulting when they do the same thing the greeter did but they do even worse. Sometimes, and this happens more often at the Mansfield location but has begun to happen here now as well, the cashier will be holding a happy conversation with a black person or couple in front of us. When it's our turn the cashier won't even greet us with a "Hello". What's even worse is when the cashier actually has the nerve to hold a conversation with black people behind us in line while she's still checking us out and ignoring us! There is absolutely no excuse for this behavior. You never ignore the customer who you're helping and who is standing right in front of you to talk to someone else. If these were my employees this nonsense wouldn't be happening. They obviously have zero customer service experience and a chip on their shoulders when it comes to white people. If they were my employees they would get one warning to treat everyone the same then they'd be fired if they didn't. Walmart needs to take notice.
