I was able to find what I needed and there was plenty of helpful staff around to assist when needed. What I like about this location is that there is never a long wait in the line. They had every lane open and the cashier's are always quick and they are polite. They try to get everyone out of the line quickly. However, they still ask if you found everything okay and that is what I like about them. I have never encountered rudeness from the staff and they are always so friendly. They also have ample parking and spaces out front that are marked for curbside pickup in case you want to place an order online. I didn't realize that you could do that. So this is helpful to know in the future. I definitely plan to visit more often, especially since they always have great deals on cleaning and pet supplies.

I did a search and discovered there was another beauty supply store in Hoover. I visited Queen Beauty and was pleasantly surprised to find a rather large store. I was able to find exactly what I needed here. One of the workers asked if I needed help and I told her I did not because I knew what I was looking for. She kind of hovered in the area, which was slightly bothersome, but not a huge deal. When I was waiting to be checked out, I thought I heard the cashier mention something about a discount card to the lady in front of me, but he didn't mention anything to me. If there's a discount card, he should have said something to me too because as a first time customer, I would have liked to hear about it. This isn't my first choice, but if I find myself not being able to find what I need at my usual choices, I'd come by here again.

Several (I'm guessing last years items) clearance items have original sticker prices of $250 - $400 .... after savings they run anywhere from $60 - about $100. I'd recommend them if you're in the market for a new, high quality purse.
