The shampoo is very watery, dark yellow, and smells horrible! I'm attaching pictures of the bottle, what it look like coming out of the bottle, and a picture of the REAL SHAMPOO which is a (beige color) that I bought from another distributor. They sold out of the shampoo so my friend referred me to ensley beauty supply. This shampoo is supposed to have a beige color with a smooth texture and it supposed to smell amazing. This company is literally selling the WRONG/FAKE product in the affirm care bottle as if it's the REAL shampoo! I can't believe they sold me this shampoo and I have no idea WHAT kind of solution is in it. It's most definitely not shampoo and I'm so glad that I didn't put it on my hair.

I had been ordering wigs online for a while, but I wanted a change -- especially when you're investing in real hair, you really need to see it in person and try it on before spending that kind of money. I had looked at a few other stores before, but hadn't had any luck. Beauty and Beyond wasn't far from me, so I decided to give it a try. Right away, I was impressed -- the store is huge, incredibly clean, and has an amazing assortment of lace wigs. I'll be honest, I was hoping to work with a woman, but then Khalifa stepped in to help me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was so patient and kind -- he told me to take my time, and when I asked how many wigs I could try on, he said three. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, not even for a single moment. I selected three to try, and honestly? The very first one was perfect. I tried all three just to be sure, but the first one was the one. Khalifa was genuine in his feedback -- when he said it looked great, it felt real, not like a sales pitch. While I was there, another customer came in who had purchased from the store before and was back for more -- she said her hair always gets compliments. That meant a lot to hear! The wig I purchased was 100% Remy human hair, and yes, it was an investment -- but absolutely worth every penny. That same evening I wore my new hair to a birthday party and got so many compliments! I was gifted a gift card for HG, so I have been determined to use it up. I was able to do so on this visit. I found something for the kitchen and the dog! I know .... Fun! This location offered a nice selection overall. Lots of a lot to browse! You need a shopping cart to be on the safe side! I will say this, the shopping center this HG is located gets congested. She called the manager over and he refused to even look at the receipt making something up about inventory. Even though when I purchased the rug at a different store the manager at the different store said there should be no problem with any returns as long as the store stocks rugs (which they do). The workers here are not pushy and I appreciate that. At some stores like this, they follow you around or are aggressive with their suggestions. Here, they let you walk around freely and unbothered, but will offer assistance when you need it. They have a decent makeup selection. I get my LA Girl concealers from here. I love LA Girl products because they are brown girl friendly. They also carry NYX products so if Ulta doesn't have what I need, I try here and they is usually will have for a comparable price. Overall, I recommend their store.
