It has a spacious basement parking area and safety is not a problem because there's 24-hour security in the building. Some of the establishments found at the ground floor of Valero Plaza are Family Mart Convenience Store, Mang Inasal, Di Cofi Vietnamese Cafe, Infinitea, King of Travel, Tambunting Pawnshop, and Nutopia Salon and Spa. All the necessities and services you need are within easy reach when you live in Valero Plaza.

They make sure that the resident or guest has to come down with their visitor to get their ID back the rules are absolutely ridiculous to make matters worse they don't have any towels at the pool area so I was soaking wet going back to my room after swimming then I got a citation. They charged me 5000 pesos saying that I was out of compliance because I was soaking wet. They had security bang at my doors to make me sign about this event which happened three days prior. I would never recommend this to anybody's traveling from overseas. This is the worst spot they act like it's Ritz Carlton it's I would rather stay at a motel six to be honest.

Do take note that living here can be pretty dangerous as you might have heard that one of the units ceiling collapsed and the couple barely escaped and almost died. The management didn't do anything and just said it was the constructors fault. You can often see here works being done on the side of the building as well. I wouldn't want to live here with so much risk and unhelpful admin staff. The guards also always complain about getting an admin approved gatepass if you want to offload or load items to your own car... they never have a good reason why this is necessary but they still always rigidly insist...it is not a good place to come home to.

While I normally just pass through, time and again I find myself just sitting quietly on one of the benches and spend some time pondering the meaning of life. Although to do this, it might be good to stay away from Coal - it tends to get noisy. Also, its a good place to walk around while letting dinner from one of the fantastic dining establishments settle in your stomach. The place has a stage, and every so often there are events - concerts and bands. It can get noisy sometimes. This is also where they hold the Greenfield Weekend Market, which deserves a review of its own.

I just wish they could bring back the public cinema with the big projector. Greenfield is now a place where you can find a lot of restaurants to dine in and it will wake you days to run out. They also have music festivals that you can attend for free or there's sometimes a fee. You can also chill and unwind at their park although I wish they could've planted more trees in there. They also have a vast array of establishments that you can try out like tea places, bars that open at night, dining places, convenience stores, and tiangges.

Armed just with a floor plan sketch and measurements for doors and windows I was able, with the help of sales people on the floor, to find and identify all the windows and doors for our soon to be built home. I felt no undue pressure or the addition of the dreaded "foreigner tax" many of us expatriates experience. True professionals. Once started we intend to return for plumbing and lighting fixtures. Hence, I just added my review to this location. I was referred to Wilcon by my contactor Madrigalejos Construction Services. Wilcon was one of the two places that Joseph Madrigalejos referred me to for bathroom and kitchen fixtures. I dealt with Adrian, who represents Grohe and Joseph, who represents Kohler. It took me a long time to decide what bathroom fixtures I wanted to purchase since the Grohe prices were much higher than the other brands. I ended up purchasing Grohe, instead of Kohler, only because Adrian was able to find something in stock that wasn't even being displayed, which was less than what was on display. The following week, it was time to change the kitchen faucet. Grohe had something on display, but the store didn't have it in stock. Adrian contacted me once they had it in stock. It was very convenient to just find Adrian because he is usually on the first floor by Grohe's display. He and another employee showed me what was within the box I ordered. Then, a different employee carried the item to the cashier. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I admire Adrian's customer service. He'll definitely be someone I'll be looking for if ever I need additional fixtures.
