My hot water heater was pretty old and had not been regularly serviced so when Killian showed me it was full of rust, I decided to go ahead and replace it now on their service plan instead of waiting for an emergency. Killian and Joe, his Master Plumber, were great to work with. I got calls notifying me of their estimated arrival time and they were very nice to my friendly and curious cat June. By signing up for the service plan I saved money on the heater and I appreciated that while they did share all the options with me, they didn't push me too hard into buying the most expensive one.
