We found their prices to be comparable to other painters we got estimates from and were able to choose the kind of paint that gave us the best cost vs effectiveness balance which was nice because some painters are limited to one line of products available. Much to our surprise they called and said that they had availability much sooner than they originally thought and were able to come out the next day to begin painting. After a full day of very thorough prep work they had a crew large enough to paint all of the body in one day and trimmed out the next. The final paint job looks AMAZING! I've been having issues with my dryer in my relatively new (6 year-old) house for the past two…read moreyears. Slowly but surely, my run cycles to dry my clothes went from 45 minutes to over two hours at times. I called multiple companies who weren't licensed to be on the roof where the vent exits the house, but luckily, Doc was recommended by one of them. I sent a message on the website and received an email back that Doc is extremely busy and the next available appointment wouldn't be until June. However, Doc gets his HVAC work done during the days and, if he has time, heads out to do the dryer vents at the end of the day and end of the week. I was just clocking out at work when I got the call - he could be at my house in 15 minutes. I rushed home and minutes after I got there, Doc was there too! He grabbed his ladder and headed up to the roof. Minutes later, I heard a strong vacuum that persisted for about 10-15 minutes, then Doc came to the door. He was done! I wrote him a check (very reasonable pricing and who knows how much he has saved me on electricity of running that thing), and he was on his way! I wish I could've seen what he sucked out of the vent, but after working all day, I'm sure I couldn't have distinguished what was mine and what was the rest of Fort Collins'. The test batch of laundry was next - lots of towels added to the clothes because for the past two weeks I was afraid of my house catching fire with the clogged lint in the vent, and hadn't done laundry in far too long. After a thorough wash, I threw everything in the dryer. Less than 45 minutes later, they were finished! Completely dry throughout (even the thick Carhartts I tossed in for good measure) and smelling fresh! Thank you, Doc, for saving me time, frustration, and money! Totally worth the investment and I've already recommended him to all of my neighbors!

Initially, we'd planned a big project but scaled it back to fit our budget, and they were so accommodating with re-bidding and adjusting the scope. They tackled several paver landings for us, handled electrical work that was damaged during digging (my fault), and trenched about 70-80 feet to install a spigot at the back of the property. They also replaced a large amount of mulch--about 13 cubic yards--and did a top-notch job. What really impressed us was how adaptable they were. Mid-project, we decided we wanted the entire front yard torn out and resodded. They had a crew out the next day, removed the old sod, brought in topsoil, tilled it, and laid the new sod--all on short notice. They even trimmed a tree outside the original plan and left the property immaculate afterward.
