It bothers me that this company will take in a laptop with a shortage but NEVER FIX it but will put it out on the sales floor. I tried to ask the manager could he give me a deal on another laptop seeing that the one I was sold was flawed, I was denied. So people if you wanna buy any electronics please don't go to this establishment. They don't care what they sell you, they just want your MONEY. SMH
