The customer portal is almost impossible to use. I had to…read morecall customer support 2 times to make sure they weren't going to keep charging me after I paid off my loan early. Both times they said that the full payment would have been taken out even though I paid my loan off in full and I had to fight with them on that. I paid off my loan on November 16th 2024 but the credit bureau has not been updated since December 19th 2023. It has been saying 15% paid off since then and has been effecting my credit score.

I have documentation from their online portal stating that the account was "closed" on November 13, 2023. On November 17, 2023, they called AGAIN stating that I still owed $12.42, Their online portal is virtually USELESS! It hasn't displayed the correct amount owed for the past 3 months. My payments have been made, but they consistently stated that I hadn't paid enough. I now have confirmation (again) that my account is paid in full, but I'm really just waiting for the next call. I will not pay another dime to this company and seek legal action if I get another call. I want them to send me a confirmation in writing that this has been paid in full... Still, I have received nothing mailed from them. NEVER BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY!

If there's one minor detail I'd complain about, it's that when I called their number and asked to be transferred to the finance department for wiring instructions, no one picked up on the other end, and it took three attempts to get someone from finance.

As a disabled veteran, I must say that this credit union would be at the bottom of banks. I called…read moreboth the credit union and their member to explain that I mistakenly zelle $190 to the member. I provided my name, the amount and the bank name to verify that it is the information that the member indeed sees on his in. I even stated his name that showed on my ended through zelle. The guy stated that he needed to verify with his bank that it wasn't a fraudulent activity which didn't make any sense to me. I recently finished remission treatments and living on disability is already difficult; the credit union and its member is making it hard for me to remain calm.
