Both times they said that the full payment would have been taken out even though I paid my loan off in full and I had to fight with them on that. I paid off my loan on November 16th 2024 but the credit bureau has not been updated since December 19th 2023. It has been saying 15% paid off since then and has been effecting my credit score.

My payments have been made, but they consistently stated that I hadn't paid enough. I now have confirmation (again) that my account is paid in full, but I'm really just waiting for the next call. I will not pay another dime to this company and seek legal action if I get another call. I want them to send me a confirmation in writing that this has been paid in full... Still, I have received nothing mailed from them. NEVER BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY!

They have a so-called new system that is paperless so they can't seem to work it properly. Paid on my loan last week, which she had to tell me to Press a button on the touch screen three times because it wasn't populating correctly she said. Then at the end of my transaction, she. That manger LaShonda, told me I had up to 1700 I can take out against my loan if I needed it. so I called today, and speak with Edwin. He checked the system and he tells me that LaShonda was wrong and that it's the systems problem and not theirs and I don't have any funds available. Says I'm only eligible for a certain amount of funds and I'm already over that. Really doesn't make any sense because when I took the loan out it was over $5000. I am way under that now so I should clearly have funds available to use. But he's telling me that the system is populating everybody's numbers incorrectly and that agents, as well as LaShonda who's the manager, telling everybody that they have these funds are not available. This isn't the first, the second, third, or even the fourth time that I've had an issue at this location. Ever since LaShanda came here as a manager it's been completely ridiculous. I wish Maria was still here. When Maria was the manager she understand what working citizens are doing in order to pay down these loans and to use the credit available. I don't know how else to express the clear lack of customer service and business that this facility has. But I'll never use a TitleMax again, and any location, once I'm done with them.
