I came in earlier and Elijah the "General Manger" told me that the bike would need to be at the store in order to complete the appraisal, understandable; but before I exited the store I told Elijah that the bike had a flat tire and that I would be bringing the bike on a truck. Never once did this "Manger" say a word about the bike needing to be on the ground.
