From the very beginning of our conversation, Sandy was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. Her tone and demeanor immediately put me at ease and made me feel that she genuinely wanted to help me--not simply get through the call. What impressed me most was her willingness to go above and beyond. When I asked a question she did not immediately have the answer to, she was honest about it and told me she would find the answer for me. She reached out to the appropriate people, followed through on her promise to call me back, and when she did, she provided me with a complete and thorough answer. Sandy also took the time to understand why I was asking questions about my insurance rates. Rather than looking at my questions individually, she considered my situation as a whole and asked thoughtful questions so she could determine whether there were additional ways she could assist me. That level of care made a tremendous difference. I felt comfortable speaking openly with Sandy because she came across as sincere, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solutions for my situation. Excellent customer service has become increasingly difficult to find, which makes an experience like this stand out even more. Sandy represents the kind of customer service that makes a customer feel valued and respected. Please recognize Sandy for the outstanding service she provided. She is truly an asset to State Farm, and I sincerely appreciate the kindness, professionalism, patience, and genuine care she showed me today. Thank you again, Sandy. You made a difference in my day, and I wanted to make sure someone knew it.
