She verbally told me "you can't just come in here in cash checks" even though it's a cash checking place? My job was very busy for brunch on Saturday so dumb I manager cannot talk on the phone, but one of my managers who are off was available for me to call him personally and she still wouldn't let me. These people are the epitome of crooked creeps. They told me they would help me last year when I…read morealmost got my car repo'd from another company. They said they'd help me...keep my car. But they knew the whole time I'd lose it so they could take it. They said they'd help me try to keep my car. Each monthly payment to the title company was $1300 for 18 months And only then would I have earned my car back. My husband had quit his job, I just found out I was pregnant, and the day the payment was due they began the harassment. I wanted to believe they were good-I thought one guy especially was trying to help me. They were coming to get my car no matter what, I knew that much. So, I decided to try to sell it to pay off the debt and hopefully have extra (it was a $30,000 car I got for graduating with my masters degree). I had a buyer ($18,000) but the day of the sale, Title Experts cornered me and repo'd the car. I was broke, horrified, and just found out I was pregnant. I had a job interview that day (obviously I missed it), and i had never felt so hopeless. We found out they somehow that if I paid them $16,700,I could have my car back. Then wouldn't give us an itemized bill. Then, they actually sued us and took me to court-which I couldn't get to without a penny to my name and no transportation... And on top of it all... The woman who was going to pay me $18000 for my car ended up being the exact buyer for my car but through title experts. The tow truck lady suggested i send my customer to title experts and they'd pay me the difference of what I owed from what she paid. Every single person lied to me there...:(They were supposed to sell it at fair market value. Well they didn't and they covered their asses thinking we'd let it slide, because we had no choice.... But we've comeback,so I'm doing something about it. Do not associate with these people! These people are subtle gangsters! They are racist, prejudice, sexist, and discriminate against anyone who is not like them. If u can go ANYwhere else, u should. Title max is a million times better than this place...
