I'm very meticulously about 99.9% of the financial choices I make and this is especially true when purchasing a car or home because these are the two largest purchases we'll make in our lifetime. Saying all that to say, I researched every bank and every credit union regarding my loan needs and this place definitely had the best deal! They had the lowest rates, no loan processing fee nor other junk fees, no pre payment penalty and no long drawn out time consuming process to become a member and get the loan. The loan officer who helped me was Ms. Ericka, and she was awesome! She was extremely responsive to my needs to get my loan done as soon as possible. Her quick ability to get back with me first thing Monday morning, her thorough explanation of the process, her consistent timely communication every step of the way, her excellent customer service and professionalism made something I dread doing every 10+ years or so (because I don't like debt:-( made the experience pleasant. The guy stated that he needed to verify with his bank that it wasn't a fraudulent activity which didn't make any sense to me. I recently finished remission treatments and living on disability is already difficult; the credit union and its member is making it hard for me to remain calm.

I didn't go inside but used their ATM which was in good working order. I have to give it to Fidelity; their ATM is always in good shape. I was with Chase for years and years and their ATM for some reason was always out of order....esp the one nearest to my house... I have had good luck with Fidelity Bank.
