On four previous deployments, everything worked fine. Today Wells Fargo refused the deposit and said an endorsement signature was required. My neighbor spoke with the branch manager and only encountered a stone wall. She even implored them to call me to clear up any misunderstanding, which they refused to do. When I'm in the Middle-East while everything is turning to chaos, I didn't need Wells Fargo changing the rules in mid-stream or showing definite signs of cranial rectal inversion. The branch at Continental Ranch on Silverbell in Marana has some serious management issues. I'll be changing banks upon my return.

This last Christmas they decided to hold a check she sent to help us out for a full 6 days (again from the same account to the same account for over 20 years) which threw my account in arrears and completely ruined my last Christmas with my youngest child. There has NEVER been an issue with any of the checks received over the decades. There is no such thing as loyalty with this credit union and they couldn't care less about their members!

She also was not able to understand that, reiterating that in order to file an extension I had to have filled out the form from the IRS and without that, they couldn't process my loan.
