Chè is a traditional category of Vietnamese desserts that can range from sweet soups to puddings, and it often combines various beans, jellies, and fruits with coconut milk and shaved ice, traditionally. This particular one here consists of coconut milk, pandan agar jelly, red beans, and water chestnut coated in tapioca. The hubby ordered the grass jelly and coconut milk dessert. The grass jelly has a mild herbal depth and it is balanced beautifully by the smooth, lightly sweet coconut milk. Both are equally refreshing and sweet, with quality ingredients that really make it satisfying on a hot Tucson day. I absolutely will be returning here for future Vietnamese desserts!!

I had them send a picture of the arrangement because I wanted to make sure they were what I had chosen. I wanted the bright fresh colors as shown online. This time of year .. flowers are readily available in bright wide range of types of flowers. The ones sent were a soft peach hues & white. ‍ It's sad .. I paid $100 for a sad non impressive looking arrangement and I'm feeling cheated on the arrangement delivered. My friends are gracious and loved the gesture & said they were it was so pretty. But after examining the picture attached .. anyone can see what I'm talking about. Top picture is what is advertised. But picture is what I paid for. You can see all the dying & browning on leaves.
