I…read morehad the displeasure of working with one of the most unprofessional & rudest person I have ever encounter. Allie has no business working with the public on any capacity. My eighty two yr old mother died of colon a year ago. We decided to sell my mom's home because my siblings & I have homes & didn't really want to take on the responsibility of renting it out. This is the home that we grew up in & also one that my mom lived in for over fifty years to say it was a difficult decision for us to make is an understatement. Solution Title was the title company chosen by the investor for the closing & Allie was our closing representative. Professional & courteous service is what the company claim they provide Allie must have miss the training class on what that slogan means. Allie actions & behavior exhibit just the opposite of that. She was NEVER available to speak to us when we had questions about an update on the closing or wire transfer information. Allie was suppose to touch basis with us about the closing documents & keep us in the loop about the closing on the house she never reached out to us to give us any status update about any of the particulars concerning the closing. When I did reach out to her the receptionist repeatedly informed me she was not available I in term left several messages along with several contact numbers stating that it was imperative that she have Allie call me back as this was important. After playing phone tag with her for several days I called again meanwhile the receptionist has to fabricate & lie in order to keep her job because she is employed or supervised by a woman that lacks character & integrity the receptionist is the escape goat for Allie to avoid doing her job. After three days of avoiding my calls she finally pick up & when she did she had me on speaker phone when I ask her could she please take me off speaker phone because I didn't feel comfortable speaking about personal information publicly . She informed me that she was busy doing something with her hands and I would have to speak to her via speaker. I was taken aback by this unprofessional behavior seeing that I finally gotten a hold of her I decided to continue. When I ask her questions that she obviously had no answers for she decided that she was tired of my various questions & hung up on me. At first I was in shocked thinking clearly we must have been accidentally disconnected. When I called back I got the receptionist who then informed me she was not available that she left after speaking with me which I knew was a lie. Needless to say I can't believe Solution Title would employ someone so rude & unprofessional Allie is a liability to the company and if by chance Allie is the owner of this company I would not patronize this company or recommend anyone to do any business with Allie. Selling my mom's house was already a traumatic & emotional experience to part with a house that has been a part of our lives for so long. Allie made our experience even more devastating with her lack of empathy & sympathy for my family as well as the behavior that she displayed throughout the entire process. For this reason, I would not recommend Solution Title & by chance if you ever have the displeasure of doing business with this company I highly recommend that you never have to have any association with Allie or any human being that posses her qualities. Allie could really benefit on taking a customer service class on human decency & compassion . I pray that she never loses a love one & have to deal with someone that possess her same characteristics & traits. I wouldn't let Allie close on a dog house for me.
