If zero was an option I would have rated this company a zero base on my experience with Allie. I had the displeasure of working with one of the most unprofessional & rudest person I have ever encounter. Allie has no business working with the public on any capacity. My eighty two yr old mother died of colon a year ago. We decided to sell my mom's home because my siblings & I have homes & didn't really want to take on the responsibility of renting it out. This is the home that we grew up in & also one that my mom lived in for over fifty years to say it was a difficult decision for us to make is an understatement. Solution Title was the title company chosen by the investor for the closing & Allie was our closing representative. Professional & courteous service is what the company claim they provide Allie must have miss the training class on what that slogan means. Allie actions & behavior exhibit just the opposite of that. She was NEVER available to speak to us when we had questions about an update on the closing or wire transfer information. Allie was suppose to touch basis with us about the closing documents & keep us in the loop about the closing on the house she never reached out to us to give us any status update about any of the particulars concerning the closing. When I did reach out to her the receptionist repeatedly informed me she was not available I in term left several messages along with several contact numbers stating that it was imperative that she have Allie call me back as this was important. After playing phone tag with her for several days I called again meanwhile the receptionist has to fabricate & lie in order to keep her job because she is employed or supervised by a woman that lacks character & integrity the receptionist is the escape goat for Allie to avoid doing her job. After three days of avoiding my calls she finally pick up & when she did she had me on speaker phone when I ask her could she please take me off speaker phone because I didn't feel comfortable speaking about personal information publicly . She informed me that she was busy doing something with her hands and I would have to speak to her via speaker. I was taken aback by this unprofessional behavior seeing that I finally gotten a hold of her I decided to continue. When I ask her questions that she obviously had no answers for she decided that she was tired of my various questions & hung up on me. At first I was in shocked thinking clearly we must have been accidentally disconnected. When I called back I got the receptionist who then informed me she was not available that she left after speaking with me which I knew was a lie. Needless to say I can't believe Solution Title would employ someone so rude & unprofessional Allie is a liability to the company and if by chance Allie is the owner of this company I would not patronize this company or recommend anyone to do any business with Allie. Selling my mom's house was already a traumatic & emotional experience to part with a house that has been a part of our lives for so long. Allie made our experience even more devastating with her lack of empathy & sympathy for my family as well as the behavior that she displayed throughout the entire process. For this reason, I would not recommend Solution Title & by chance if you ever have the displeasure of doing business with this company I highly recommend that you never have to have any association with Allie or any human being that posses her qualities. Allie could really benefit on taking a customer service class on human decency & compassion . I pray that she never loses a love one & have to deal with someone that possess her same characteristics & traits. I wouldn't let Allie close on a dog house for me. read more

Used them at request of buyer of our house (as the buyer is affiliated but this wasn't disclosed until closing day)...felt they were very unprepared to close and made several mistakes in closing docs. Including leaving vital items blank. Additionally did not provide specific contract docs prior to closing for our review. Showed up at closing and were handed certain contractual documents that should have been furnished prior to closing so we had no time to review. read more

Disappointment, disaster, unprofessional does not even begin to describe the experience I had working with Solution Title Agency. I am writing this review to complain about the poor (I use that term loosely) service I received from Solution Title Agency on September 21st and 23rd, 2016. After the death of my Mother and much prayer and soul searching my family unanimously decided to sell her home. We contacted Big State Home Buyers to begin the process. Big State Home Buyers representatives, Ross Schneider and Sonya Seymour were EXCEPTIONAL. I can't praise them enough for making an otherwise emotional experience for my family and me much more pleasant. The process went smoothly until the paperwork went to the Title Agency (Solution Title Agency). I received a call from Solution Title Agency on September 19th setting a closing date for the property on September 21st. Our closing agent was named Allie; she never divulged her last name, which should have been our first clue that this was not a reputable company. Nevertheless, we showed up for the closing. A lady came out and told us Allie was busy and she would be our closing representative --- (no problem). As we started to go through the paperwork there were fees charged that we knew not of so I questioned the charges. The closing rep., became exasperated because I questioned the charges. She could not answer me and ONCE again stated that she was NOT our closing agent that she was merely FILLING in for Allie. I then informed her that we needed to speak with Allie since she could not answer our questions. Another gentleman came in (Jimmy) he couldn't assist us either. We waited and waited and waited for someone who could respond to our concerns. After 1-1/2 hours Allie FINALLY came in to speak with us. We went over the charges, unsatisfactorily but nevertheless we just wanted to get this behind us. After we executed all of the documents, the stand in closing agent commenced to tell us that they could not fund today because the bank had not sent the funds. She didn't know WHY the monies were not there, she didn't know WHEN the monies would be wired. To say we were livid is an understatement. How can you close a deal without exchanging monies? Again, we requested to speak with Allie. After waiting an additional 45 minutes Allie came out and told us that Happy Bank (yes it's a real bank, I think) had not funded the transaction and that it would be wired first thing Thursday morning, September 22nd. She said that when my sister came to execute the paperwork, the checks would be ready. We consented to allow my sister to pick up the checks for all of us. My sister showed up @ 9am Thursday morning, executed the documents and you guessed it; NO MONIES! By this time we are having serious anxiety issues. All five (5) siblings have executed documents selling our parents property, yet we have not received ANY FUNDS. The week-end is approaching and as you can imagine I am beginning to think - "Have we been scammed"? Is this company going to pack up everything and close shop over the week-end? They have title to our home (we signed it). On Friday, we waited until 10am thinking they would call us and tell us something. We didn't hear from ANYONE. Finally my sister and I both called. The receptionist said Allie was busy OR Allie was tied up with another client OR she stepped away. It was one LIE after another. We kept calling and eventually she came to the phone. When we asked her what was going on she said they STILL had not received the wire transfer. At this point, I am frustrated and commenced to ask her a barrage of questions and the phone went "click" --- yes, SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Unbelievable!!! I called Big State Home Buyers, told them what happened and what was going on. They were SHOCKED and very apologetic. They told me they would get to the bottom of it. Both Ross Schneider and Sonya Seymour (BIG STATE HOME BUYERS) intervened on our behalf. Sonya Seymour went out of her way. She went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. She expedited the wire transfer, drove to Solution Title Agency, picked up the checks, called me and told me she would DELIVER them to me personally. Sonya Seymour is customer service at its' FINEST!!! I admonish anyone who is considering doing business with SOLUTION TITLE AGENCY, 2323 S Voss Rd, Houston, TX., to RETHINK your decision. DON'T TRUST YOUR BUSINESS HERE, especially for CLOSING and/or BUYING YOUR HOME. These people don't make you feel welcome, safe or at ease with your home purchase transactions. read more

This title company is the WORST title company you can come across! I warn you to STAY AWAY from these guys! They are full of corruption and are the most inefficient, inexperienced company I have ever worked with. They let everything fall through the cracks and constantly blame others within the company. In just 1 transaction alone they hired and fired several people who were always the "newest" person on my file. Everyone was a "Director" or something and would assure me "they" would get down to the bottom of why a simple CASH transaction was going awry. One "Director" stated - "that is why I was just hired so I could clean up this place". I doubt he is still there now. It's basically a merry-go-round operation and I advise EVERYONE to stay FAR, FAR away. They are not worth anyone's time nor business. They apparently can't even pay their employees - there is something unethical going on with this company. They will tell you everything under the sun to get your business and then defend their mistakes or lack of the rest of the way.
