Great when youre visiting the summer. At the former location, I understood why they had one check in at the first floor with security before going to the suite of choice, but I was glad I didnt have to pull my license out to visit the Post Oak location. Im SURE they have plenty of hidden security and cameras anyway! The office location is also quite convenient as well with it being a block away from 610. There are just quite a few commercial buildings in the same block, so definetly put on GPS on your first visit here. Besides location, I just love my financial advisor! He is more of a family friend and definetly works towards my best interest for financial security. He loves what he does and has done so for myself and my family for decades. Only drawback that I had to adjust to was the all glass conference room that they placed us in for our meeting (they have others with walls and doors), but I think you'll find that LJK Financial is a great assest to you and your family to invest the time to check out in order to build and maximize your financial stability for generations to come.

After an emotionally abusive experience with a credit union and interviewing a mortgage broker that reminded me of a used car sales man, we found Fairway Mortgage. I have had more than a handful of cases represented by these guys and they have not won a single…read moreone. Most were settlements, the one that went to court was a loss. So why do I keep paying these guys? Because they don't cost an arm and a leg and they let you do payment plans. And for that, I get to personally stay out of the courtroom. But let's talk about the real problem here. And that is, crooked corporations like MCM and LVNV and all of the other douchebag places can buy up our debt for pennies on the dollar then sue us for a large sum of money they never even lent us. They make billions from our hardships using the court system against us as their own personal enforcers and unfortunately the courts seem all too willing to play along. That needs to change and there is a petition to get this started (link below.) If you are sick of this crooked system and the laws that allow it, please sign the petition below. It might take awhile, but if enough of us get tired of this and raise our voices, we can stop their Easy Street meal ticket! https://www.change.org/p/stop-predatory-debt-buyers-from-robbing-americans-blind-for-pennies-on-the-dollar

Extremely unprofessional, shady business practices (unethical), poor communication. Was not…read moreinformed by my landlord in any capacity that this organization (person) now represented the property I am a resident of. Starting getting emails out of the blue from this person sent at nearly 11pm at night from a free online email account (scam/fraud/worse?). Contacted my landlord numerous times, wasn't informed for months this person represented my property. After getting confirmation, and after having my rent raised 30% without any rationale or reasoning given. I asked to have a lease renewal sent over, which I filled out and mailed back within 48 hours. Paid the next month's rent, wasn't notified at all of any issues or problems until a month later was informed by another 3rd party that my lease renewal wouldn't be accepted because of a lack of communication?!? Which is precisely the problem I've had with Denise Michelle Investments -- clearly hypocritical. Also tried to double bill me for a previous months rent even though it was paid in full, trying to nickle and dime tenants isn't what I deem an ethical business practice.. Were I you, I would not rent from this person, nor have them represent your property.. Wholly unprofessional, borderline dishonest, shady practices, no BBB accreditation, communication skills are sorely lacking. Clearly not a professional, advertises on craigslist just like scam artists, has a shady online degree education wise, correspondence is of the quality I'd expect from a high school student chock full of misspellings and poor grammar, coupled with the fact they are too cheap to even have a professional email address. What professional emails you from gmail at 11pm at night?!? And even gmail filters their emails as spam! I'd also be wary of the clearly paid for reviews by people who only have 1 review to their name versus my hundreds of legitimate reviews -- someone is direly trying to pad their review scores on yelp -- again very unprofessional/dishonest..
