Beware of MCM Realty as they appear to spread their staff thin significantly -- I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming time/resources is why my roommate and I had such a terrible experience the entire duration of our lease.

Some other closing attorney told me that these gyes normally earn some interest on your funds. They lied o me that funds will be release soon over and over and cited wire issues. When I told them I work for a bank and I know how wires work, they changed the story to funds not yet recieved form buyers. On my second closing i made sure the realtor is not using this scam of a business. Really disappointed and would suggest to anyone who is thinking of using this business to entrust their funds.

After contacting her, having a thorough consultation about our needs we jumped into the market. With the clock ticking till baby arrival we had to move quickly. We had expected things to change in the market but were not prepared for how drastic things had become. We soon discovered that due to the pandemic houses that were typically "boring" in Montgomery county, MD were now ultra-competitive. City dwellers looking to get out were now buying. Every offer we put in was competing with 10+ others. Not to mention that each home we put an offer in on was going 50k+ over asking. Despite this "NEW NORMAL" Marysol was a steady hand in guiding us through the process. I think at one point she was surprised at the aggressiveness at the market. She quickly rallied and adjusted our strategy. At one point our lender even backed out due to issues with lending during COVID. We were seriously at a low and were beginning to think that we'd just rent another apartment or townhome. Marysol quickly introduced us to a new lender who was seriously amazing! Even when our old lender told us that no one was lending. With less than 2 months to go till baby, Marysol navigated us through the very competitive landscape. She was very creative in structuring our offer to make it competitive in a sea of others. It was tough, and there were many late nights discussing contract language, but it was worth it. Finally, on our third offer we were accepted, and closing went through in less than 30 days. I will say there were sometimes where things were tense and that's expected during buying a house and I think the COVID situation made it worse. No matter what happened though we know she had our best interest in mind. Marysol remained steadfast and dedicated to us through it all. If there were times where she didn't have an answer, she had a team of experts behind her that could jump in. Now after several months of hunting we are in our new house and are excited to begin our new life with our first home. What we liked most about her is her sense of style. She's not just some boring "old school" realtor, but someone who is deeply passionate about her clients and isn't just trying to put you in any house to get paid. She knows what is hot in the market and knows how to help you get that home that fits you but is also a worthwhile investment. However, from the very first day we rented we realized that Castle Property Management was not set up for a good stay( We moved in they did not clean the stove, refrigerator still had chunks food in it from previous owners, and the carpets weren't clean.) Joe's excuse was that owners did not listen to him.(Really?). As fools we rented the home to the max term and price clearly against my better judgement. They stated they have processes in place, but guess they really had none in place so that in reality nothing was provided like a tenant manual or at the time a tenant portal to document the 12 plus maintenance items we cant get resolved. The only issues they resolve quickly are what the owners bother them over like the lawn, the washer/dryer and the terminate inspection. Sad part is the owners aren't being served properly and we will document and let them know. Hopefully, the sump pump wont go out again at 2AM which apparently makes them upset. Not my fault the owners undersized it or have some water table issue. Sorry, but truth is they have to be a discount outlet and it shows. However, I do say they do respond to the minute when your late on the rent because of a nasty divorce and yes they are reachable by phone. Joe

The nicer I was the more she pushed me down to the bottom of her priority list and value. and my value was zero to her as a human. She was sending the wrong listings I didn't complain. I asked her to please send the other ones. Then she was sending rentals. Then listings in the wrong state. I pointed out to her. I've been beyond patient and got nothing but denial and her gaslighting me telling me she didn't send the wrong areas when I clearly am looking with my own eyes and they are there. The nicer I was the more shed I guess thought I was a pushover and could just keep cancelling past minute. On top Of this she wasn't scheduling any showings for me and cancelled meeting TWICE !!!! I texted her and she still was gaslighting me telling me the listings dod not include erroneous info. The listings that were there were unclear if they were preach built or new construction. I asked. She said she would let me know . She didn't. Then she cancels the appointment again so she can go help someone else I guess a juicier deal just arrived at her and she shoved me aside like dirt to take her other appointment after cancelling prior and me re arranging to meet her time. I have never ever dealt with this level of cold uncaring service from anyone. She literally has no regard for me as a human being and zero respect for my time.

He represented sellers of a home, discussed multiple offers with multiple potential buyers but then subsequently refused to communicate the majority of those offers to the seller he was representing. Ultimately the seller was deceived into accepting a lower offer than others submitted, and the home went to a flipper connected to Jovan and his team. Further proof of this unethical, if not illegal, behavior can be seen by Jovan and Jennifer now representing that very same flipper who's desperately trying to sell the same property after polishing a turd! And, unfortunately, this flavor of behavior seems to be business as usual for these "professionals;" see another review posted that required legal action when this team refused to abide by contractual obligations!
