So I love to do activities but I hate to work out, and my two experiences with Title provided the benefits of working out while still feeling like a super fun activity. Most recently, I attended a class in conjunction with Corelife Eatery. It was the deal of the century. For only $10, you got a Title Boxing class and a Corelife Eatery Bowl afterwards (plus they provided drinks to the attendees, so they basically we're paying you to work out). The class ran you through circuits, so you were always busy but had some minor breaks in between the especially aerobic activities. They taught us three different kinds of punches, and had us do punches with boxing mitts on the instructors, as well as with the punching bag until somebody punches it so hard it came off of the mount. The other four parts of the circuit were a jog across the parking lot, hopscotch, jump rope, and squat throws with 10 or 15 lb balls. I definitely felt the work out the day or two afterwards, but in a good way not an I-can't-walk-way. I'm not a gym membership sort of person, but I do like to do punch cards at places I really enjoy so I've got to investigate what their options are in that capacity. Pro tip: get your own gloves and tape. All the loaner gloves are stinky (and certainly your own gloves would wind up being stinky too, but at least you'd know it was your own stink). The coaches are encouraging but not pushy, and they set really doable expectations and seem to try to nudge people to give their best without being drill sergeants. I really cannot say enough good things about this class!

Curious of boxing after our yelp event (after we showed up super late lol) We wanted to go back and give boxing a try. Title offers a three day trial which can be redeemed within seven days. Box Monday and Tuesday then finish up on Friday. Or however else you want to do it. We chose to go on a Tuesday and see what the class was about. The one big thing we didn't know was you supply your own hand wraps. You can bring your own or (luckily for us) you can buy them from Title as well. The class we choose, Boxing 45, is well paced that even us beginners were able to keep up! Our instructor is incredible, encouraging, and gregarious. They would call us by name, check on our progress, and even give some one on one time. This made our experience that much more exciting and fun! Cannot wait to go back!

I'd only done kickboxing classes at home so I was interested in checking it out. I did have a bit of trouble booking the free class online, but I messaged their Instagram account and got help right away, which was awesome. My friend and I arrived 15 minutes early so I could get set up with gloves and a heart rate monitor as well as fill out paperwork, learn a bit more about the class, and meet the instructor, Hannah. She went over the basic punches and flow of the class, which was helpful because once we got going, things moved quickly! I did the M45 Undefeated class, which is "a fast paced, 45 minute workout including 6 rounds of boxing + 2 rounds of fitness." Each station had a different combination of punches on different types of bags. There are video screens that show each of the moves, which was helpful except when I couldn't see it a few times. Hannah walked around and gave encouragement and pointers on form, which was really helpful. I liked the fast pace and the mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, and boxing. The music was also really loud and helped keep my energy up throughout the workout. It went by so quickly and we did a group cool down. The heart rate monitor is a cool feature and it shows on a leaderboard during the class - I didn't really pay attention to it until the end, because I was so focused on getting the moves down. They email you your stats after the class, that was cool to see. I could tell that the community at Mayweather is strong, and I appreciated the warm welcome as a newbie. I'd be interested in going back for more classes, I just wish it was closer to my house!

Love the instructors It's a fun, encouraging environment! Plenty of class offerings, beyond boxing!read more

This place is ligit!!…read more An old school no nonsense boxing gym with real coaches and real athletes. Not run by people who have NEVER laced up gloves or stepped into a ring like so many places I've visited that just run aerobic classes. I've seen everything they offer from adult training classes to youth training classes to athletes that compete in tournaments all over the place, professional athletes that box or have boxed there and an amazing Parkinson's and community program. Unbelievable. If these wall and poster could speak...man, no doubt most legitimate boxing gym I've ever seen. Don't settle for the BS aerobic boxing classes, go to this place. I promise.
