First two classes were canceled. Drove 45 mins for the 3rd try and the door is locked and no one is here. Ridiculous.

After 30 Check-Ins on Yelp.. I think I can finally leave a review here!…read moreI won't lie, moving to Natick to live and work right after college was tough. After work and with no car yet, I find myself stuck in my apartment with nothing to do and no nearby gym to go to for a workout. I am not the most sports-lovin' person, but I love attending kickboxing classes here! The instructors are all incredibly friendly and good, and even if you can't do a specific move there is always modifications available. It's an hour long and the first 10 minutes is usually the toughest - they make it fun! Classes switch up each week, working on different parts of your body. There are multiple class times available each day, which makes it really convenient if you miss your usual class - you can just join another! I usually go for the evening classes which have about 10-15 people, and starts off with around 20% bag work, and more circuit trainings/sets afterwards. Outside of the awesome workout itself, the studio is like a little Natick community.. lots of cute kids coming in for Jiu Jitsu, HIIT Kickboxers, parents waiting for their kids etc. I'm glad I found it!

Got this from groupon. This place isn't bad for a fitness class. It's just OK in my opinion…read more PROS: -multiple class times, at varying times -good workout CONS: -no place to change -no place to get water but the bathroom sink -built in with a martial arts studio, so there are children everywhere -no commoradrie amongst fellow class goers -they have no adults running the counters. They all appear to be teenagers, so they don't have customer service one could hope for. -they're a little extreme with their shoe policy. You can't wear shoes from the outside inside, and prepare to have one of the teenagers tell you off. If you're like me and accidentally wear them into the parking lot to grab something from you car, prepare to take them off and do the workout barefoot. So, take what you will from it!

If your looking for a great workout, amazing classes, A great community, and a kick ass fitness staff this is the place. I'm new here and have gone to two classes so far and they both kicked my ass. The open gym has all the equipment you might need and there is plenty of open space to work out in plus heavy bags, speed bags, and two rings. The negatives since that is what we read the review for (to see if a can live with the negatives) there are no showers so going before work can be a challenge. But they have a good afternoon and evening schedule for after work. Also they are really laid back. Which is great because I didn't feel pressure to join and sign a two year agreement and buy a bunch of equipment. But at the same time my wife and I went twice to sign up and it was hard to get someone to take our money. But they did and we are loving it so far. Highly recommend kick-boxing. And Boxing Boot Camp with Flower.

Certain Victory is a rare combination: it's a small gym with a really skilled and dedicated…read moreinstructor. What that translates to is an instructor that pays attention and catches your mistakes early, which is much better than spending 10x as much time fixing them down the road. If you want to learn to fight, whether for self defense or recreation this is a great place to go. Come prepared to commit to 2 or 3 days of training a week no matter what. If you're a beginner to Muay Thai, you may want to start out with the Kickboxing classes and switch to Muay Thai after you feel comfortable with the basic strikes. If fitness is your main goal, you may want to stick with Kickboxing and give the Combat Cardio classes a try as well. Overall, this is the best I could have hoped for from a Muay Thai school. I plan to stick with it for a long time. The schedule is available on request from their website and they won't pester you with tons of marketing and spam.

I've been going to IMA for about 8 months on a weekly basis and love it. There are many reasons…read morewhy, but I'll point to the three most important ones: 1. BJJ can be a daunting and intimidating sport to do in the beginning. Luis and the team are completely disarming when it comes to the intimidating factor. I felt welcomed immediately by everyone. It is a friendly, family-oriented school. It's like being a part of a great community. 2. Luis is an awesome coach. He is always present during the technique periods of the class. He always gives quick and effective feedback that you can apply immediately. Luis and the coaches have infinite patience when it comes to completely understanding a move. They will keep working with you over and over until you get it - and not move on if you don't. 3. We always work very hard but have a great time. Jiu-jitsu is an intense sport that people can take very seriously, which I can understand. When we roll, we always have a great time. Every class I work hard, but always get a laugh in somewhere. Everyone always has a smile. That is hard to beat. Thank you to the IMA team for creating a great atmosphere!
