Get ready for a workout! I really enjoy how the class is set up here, 15 minutes of overall stretching and conditioning, 30 minutes (some classes 45 minutes) and then a 15-minute core workout. I added boxing to my workout routine and have been very satisfied with the results. The instructors are great, I specifically come to the Tuesday night class with Natalia. She does a great job of moving around the group to assess and help with movements. She also will go 1:1 with you as she is going around the room. They have a treadmill, elliptical and a small area in the back to stretch out. They also have medical balls that they use during the core workouts. There is FREE (90 minute) parking available. They have different packages and specials all the time, give these classes a try. read more

This place is amazing. I came in to try their 45 minute boxing class and left drenched in sweat. I workout relatively often and could barely keep up with this workout. The establishment was very clean and everyone was very friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good upper body/cardio workout and a great new experience! read more

Pretty cool experience. This my second time coming to this location.. free parking in the garage just have to validate it at the business. Did 45 minutes of boxing followed by about 10 minutes of core. The instructor is in the middle so that people in the front and in the back are able to see her there is plenty of lockers a water fountain bathroom and also they provide mats and wipes to clean With. They also have boxing gloves and hand wraps for sale if you want to purchase them, but I already have my own gloves. read more

I have been a loyal member for 6 years, coming consistently every week and being a huge part of the member community they've built. I've enjoyed coming here and it's been a consistent part of my routine, so it saddens me that I cannot continue to support -- but it is against my values to do business where I am outright disrespected. Unfortunately, due to an exchange with the owner today when he told me he didn't care if I continued to be a member and he didn't like my "attitude" after sharing feedback, then continued to say that "he could tell I don't enjoy being there", which is really wild and extremely far fetched considering I'm there 5x a week, which is more than him, most other members and even some of the trainers! The feedback that I shared is that their box and lift class is completely over booked and they don't have enough weights for the class. I've shared this same feedback with the trainers and they completely agree..however nothing has changed and the owner doesn't care. The owner, Graham, dismissed the feedback and told me that if I didn't like it, I don't have to be there. Now with that said, I know that weights are first come first served, and I was a couple minutes late for today's class, but this feedback still holds true regardless of if I'm early/late -- they run out of weights and the class is over booked. Most owners would appreciate feedback from loyal members--Graham told me he didn't care and to cancel my membership. Feedback is a gift, not something to retaliate against. Additionally, I apologized if the feedback caught him off guard and told him that I work in HR so I wanted him to know from my perspective and he LAUGHED in my face. Lastly, I have 3 PT sessions on my account that have now mysteriously disappeared now that I have mentioned canceling my membership. I am completely shocked by the disrespectful treatment after being such a loyal member for 6 years. It's really bad for Graham to say that he doesn't care for customers, and it also doesn't seem as if he cares about the business considering his absence and lack of care for feedback. The fact that good trainers continue to leave also reflects this. Regardless of how I approached the situation, it doesn't justify his behavior, I am an adult and a long term member. Weights are minimal that gyms can provide...and being respected is also a minimal expectation. read more

I love love loved this boxing class so much! It felt super personable and I came just in time for the workout session with Meredith. She was super helpful throughout the workout and helping everyone in the class get the basic moves down. I appreciate the demonstrations throughout class and picked up as fast as I could. The workout itself felt intense and I definitely broke a sweat halfway through the workout. I am definitely coming back for a few more sessions. read more

So this was my first time taking a kickboxing class and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it. I have heard of this place and know that there are several locations but never found the courage to go try it out. My friend had asked me to do a class with her and I caved in and went. I got such a good workout from this class and felt really good afterwards. I love to sweat after a for work out and that's exactly what I got! The instructor was nice and helpful. He walked around to make sure that everyone was all of the moves right. After our kickboxing we did a core session with the time left and I absolutely loved it! The experience was great. This location is clean and there is free parking in the garage for your time being there by validating your ticket. read more

I've trained Muay Thai with Stefan and have a great experience taking Muay Thai classes at Title Boxing. Stefan is skillful, clear and encouraging. We learned techniques, pad work and conditioning - it was a tough but rewarding workout. The gym is clean and tidy. Great for beginners and experienced fighters. Highly recommended! read more

So I needed to switch up my work out routine. I know that boxing always gets me where I need to be but I hadn't tried this kinda trendy boxing spot. My sister (who is a BEAST and trainer) suggested i try it Bc she has been going and loves it!! So in I went. I love it. You can box in a class, get in the ring and they even have free weights, dreadmill and other exercise equipment for memebers. The good. They have a lot of trainers so you can find someone that fits your style, needs, etc... if you join as a member you can also access all the gyms in the city so you can switch it up if you feel kinda in a rut. It's very high intensity with a 15 min warmup 8 rounds of boxing with active rest in between and then 10 mins of core when I mean this class kicks your butt! But the good thing is that it's for all fitness levels and you can go at your own pace. I love the trainers and the atmosphere. Of course there are a few that are rockstars. Try Evans class if your up for a challenge and ready for an amazing workout with lots of variety. Josh the GM will kick yo arse in a good way and he is personable and loves his job! Nam is great just a bit more quiet but will give you a great workout. Also I have been going for almost a month and already seeing results. The bad! It's expensive, if this is your only workout mayb not so bad but if this is only one of the many you do it's kinda steep. $109 a month with membership $32 for a walk-in hence the 4 stars. Even tho now I'm hooked and probably will stay there for longer than 2 months. Sorry for the late review Bc I have been going here for almost 3 weeks now. If you try it let me know and let's do a class together. read more

This is a horrible horrible company. Please do not spend your time here. I have been harassed and scammed out of two monthly fees demanding cancellation. I have been told that I cannot cancel without a valid reason for cancellation, of which several were provided. The boxing classes are repetitive and overpriced. Do not waste your time here. I beg. read more

AMAZING class! Did a free class through a work event and it was a total butt-kicking class (in the best way possible). Felt so energized and active throughout the entire class and really got in a great workout. Our instructor (Kalanei??) was very patient and able to adapt his teaching style to multiple abilities, while keeping high energy. He was sweating too from showing us the moves, wasn't just standing at the front of the room dictating to us what to do. Highly recommend a class for a kick-a** workout and energizing experience!! Thanks Title Boxing! read more

Don't be fooled by the name. The facility is very new and clean, but does not really focus on boxing techniques; the trainer I had was not engaging; and the combos were not typical for boxing, so you can tell their focus is on cardio, not boxing. You will still get a good work out, but knowing I'm doing things properly keeps me motivated and focused. read more

Sometimes it honestly a hit or miss on your instructed for the different locations but so far for the 3 classes have attended in the South loop the instructors are fabulous. All of them have me working up a sweat and giving motivation while pushing me to get to the next level. Location is pretty clean and they make sure that each of the participants clean up after themselves. read more

I went to a free class in early January & did not like it. I felt the instructor wasn't focused on technique because of the size of the class plus it was hard to hear him through the mic. But then, something awesome happened? I got an email from the head trainer, Meredith. I explained my dilemma with the class. I consider myself a special case as I was a victim of assault 7 months ago. Meredith suggested personal training. I said, eh why the hell not. I'll try three 30-minute sessions & if I like it, I'll continue but if I hate it, I'll stop. My first session was February 4th & I haven't stopped. Meredith is fantastic, patient, encouraging, energetic, just awesome! She's my biggest fan in the ring or on the bags & sometimes you need that constant reassurance & encouragement. I see Meredith 3 days a week for 30 minutes. She's helped me go from a victim to a survivor. I feel stronger & I have the bruises from kickboxing to show it. I used to hate the warmup & still do BUT I can handle it a better now than I did on that first day in February. I'm not comfortable in a group setting, which is why I chose one-on-one. Yes, it's pricey but it's been worth every cent for me. Everyone there is so nice & accommodating, as well as the owner who I met once. He was cheering me from the front desk & that made my day! Everyone has a reason when they walk in, whether it's fitness, stress relief or a sense of safety. It was very intimidating for me at first but Title has helped me overcome that fear & given me the sense to feel safe again. Give it a try. The first class is always free so you've got nothing to lose! read more

Warning: You WILL work up a great sweat and have an amazing workout! Breakdown: 15 min warm up/conditioning, 30 min box with 8 rounds of 3 min each, 15 min killer abs. More bag-based than sparring with a partner. Depending on the class, the trainer will spar with you 1-1 for a minute. They will teach you the basics including punches, kicks, and evasive maneuvers. Trainers: Awesome and encouraging! I've taken Damien and Evan's classes thus far, and they challenge and motivate you. Even though I've been boxing in Boston for a month, I still learned new techniques from them. Staff: Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities: Clean and new! In addition to a lot of bags, they have an open gym in the back with a treadmill, weights, and core mats. There's a ring up front for personal training. Misc: 90 minutes free parking (validation). Located on 2nd floor so you have to take the elevator by Victoria Secret. Bottom line: Don't be intimidated; highly recommend! The classes will kick your butt so you can kick some butt! read more

Even with all the options Chicago has this is my favorite workout in the city. Walk in stressed/angry/sad/happy - walk out better. The hour flies as you have 8 quick rounds at the bag. It's a total body workout, and I always feel challenged by the instructors! They really push you, which is what I needed to take my body to the next level! The classes are an hour but seems to go really quick and I always leave drenched from working up a sweat. Parking is free for 90 minutes so no parking issues! I have been to Title for two classes so far and will definitely be coming back. The trainers are great and supportive, even if you can't keep up and need to take a breather, which I did a few times. There are no side eyes/snobby looks either. Everyone is at a different level and you are definitely encouraged to give it your all. You will sweat your butt off and feel great afterwards, even if you can't move your arms for a couple of days! read more

I love this Title location. The front desk, the instructors (shoutout to Emma!), the owner - Graham.....the best!
