I had varied experiences. Had used them once in the past (years ago) and one recently in nov/dec of…read more2020. 1st time, seemed pretty good.
2nd time, overall, was not bad, cleaning wise, but there were a few things that i didn't like.
I had requested a deep cleaning of the house, including wiping the walls down, as the previous tenant said while they had a doggy door installed, tons of dust blew into the house, which you could definitely see if you wiped the walls. They had quoted me "between $200-250 all depends and how much work but everything would be deep cleaning including kitchen appliances bathrooms bedrooms... everything!!" Mind you the house is only 1288 sq ft. I wanted the house cleaned before i touched up or repainted some areas (because obviously i cant if there is dust/dirt on the walls)
I had left a partially used roll of paper towels, a brand new garbage disposal wrench, and a partially used large bottle of dishwashing soap under the sink. I had took out of the house anything that needed to be moved prior to their cleaning (ladders, extra baseboards, etc) so they can clean easily.
After their cleaning, i had went to the property to check. The paper towels, the wrench, and dishwashing soap was gone. I was missing a part on my fridge that is required for you to turn the water filter out after you press the button. I had personally replaced that filter myself before their cleaning therefore i knew that part was still there. When inquired about these things, they said they didn't take the part, and they "used the remaining soap". Why are you using the clients things? Shouldn't you have your own stuff? Also, they adamantly declined taking the refrigerator part
Aside from that, i had previously mentioned that the walls needed to be wiped down, which i had made a SPECIFIC request for them to do so. Not all the walls were and there was clearly still tape that they didn't remove either. And not all the pantry shelves were cleaned. While i was discussing this (by text), they offered to can come again to fix but "needs" payment of $300 (not even the 250 they had quoted but an extra 50) to "pay off her employees" before doing so. I declined, paid and just cleaned whatever was left. They were "thankful" for my payment, and "grateful" for my business but "apologizes" and stating that i "know the house was really dirty"
Granted, OVERALL, they did well on cleaning. They had moved the washer and dryer, cleaning everything under/behind, cleaned the fridge that was pretty filthy as well, cleaned the oven and range hood, cleaned the AC filter grate and bathroom exhaust fans (mind you I had vacuumed myself before their cleaning too), ceiling fans and window sills. I wouldn't have minded paying the $300 (extra $50 from original quote) if they had done well but i feel like they still missed a lot despite their promise of a "deep cleaning"
Randomly, 3 days later, i get texted asking "how are you doing" and "would like to confirm if there's any cleaning service request" i might need this week. After i said i never asked for another cleaning, they reply with a winky face stating "no worries thank you !!!" Kind of weird.....
