Mint Clean Windows Cleaning - Finally, FINALLY, getting these windows cleaned. - Window Washing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

We recently hired Mint for a window cleaning service. The actual cleaning work itself was great -- Michael was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job. However, the communication left a lot to be desired. We had confirmed an arrival window of 10-11 AM the day before, but the technician showed up unexpectedly at 8 AM. Since both my husband and I work from home, we schedule any house work carefully around meetings, so the early arrival really threw off our morning. Michael was apologetic, and the company did offer a $30 discount for the inconvenience, but we wish they had stuck to the agreed-upon time. Overall, great quality work, but poor scheduling communication. read more

I used Mint Clean due to a neighbor who recommended this company and posted on our neighbor app. The appointment was made via text in April and they were scheduling into mid May. The guys showed up @appointment time and pulled up in a Chrysler 300 vs a company logo car/van. Honestly, this made me a bit nervous until I spoke to them directly and witnessed their work. Voila' - I found my new window cleaning company! The Mint Clean technicians did an incredible job in a timely, thorough manner. Each screen removed & scrubbed cleaned, each window cleaned inside & out. I can see clearly now, the grime is gone- YAY! Added bonuses: 1. The technicians bring shoe covers to wear inside your home. 2. Mint Clean offers a 5 day rain guarantee! read more

Easy to schedule and Mike did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of my windows. It is so nice to be able to see clearly through the windows now. I look forward to their return in the Spring read more

My windows were scratched by your business. It wasn't lack of professionalism or enthusiasm from the technician, but lack of clean equipment. We were so patient after being told he was running late...He came rushed and apologetic after a construction clean up and even he was covered in dirt. We have been told repeatedly the owners would reach out. Nothing. Will keep at it. read more

I was referred to Mint Cleaning by a friend that uses their services. I called and talked to Cory and he provided a quote and scheduled a visit to wash the outside windows on my house. They just did my windows a few days ago in the morning, then we had a downpour of rain in the late afternoon. Without asking, Cory called to let me know the technicians would be there in a few days to redo the outside of my windows. Now THAT'S great customer service!! read more

Big shout to Cory and his crew.... THANK YOU.... I have solor screens and they have not been cleaned since they were installed.. Which means either had the outside windows. Lets just say more than a few years ago.... As soon as i got out of my car today. I could see the difference. As i walked around the house, I did not see one out of item, screw, or marking on the walls. A spectacular job.... who even knew a service existed... I must spread the word.. read more
