If I could not leave a star I wouldn't but I have to one star this waste company they put the blame on the customer that they are always at fault that you didn't put trash out in a certain direction or so many feet in street but I never seen them come out and measure just leave my trash yet I pay extra and I call in bulk and pay I have always been a reliable customer and paid my bills on time. Yet if I don't do it in the manner they want my trash will be left and they claim to call back and it's lies they say the send emails I have pictures and proof the company lies but is quick to respond to a review. In the past they left my trash cause there standards it doesn't matter how you follow there rules your to blame even when you pay for bill and extra trash can they are quick to take the money but leave your trash and if you have a problem the owner Brian replies to the review yet no call back I was ready to speak to the owner yet his response was we are the problem. I have a business myself and always find a solution but in this case and this company your complaining on deaf ears. Do not recommend at all and I was with them 6 years and dealt with the transitions just can't anymore and the fact the owner Brain will reply to a review instead of resolving the issue and taking money I pay for 3 trash can yet they picked up one. Does he care I pay for 3 yet if titans standards are not meet I'm charged the same amount but either trash isn't picked up or one can will be picked up they decided and don't care about the trouble it leaves the customer. Titan wash has given us exceptionally good customer service. First when we moved in they were more then willing to pick all our moving boxes over the serval weeks it took me to unpack. Anytime we have needed a few extra things picked up or we simply forgot to put our trash out the additional trash the following week was always picked up. We also just added another can for a very reasonable price because we have a big family and seem to need the extra trash space. The sweet young lady that answers the phone is pleasant and also so helpful. Thank you! read more

Worst service ever. I have set very small things that wouldn't fit in can outside next to it and they REFUSE TO PICK UP. Unless I call and schedule and pay extra. It was a freaking dog bed and they just leave it. I also left out some plastic flower pots and they cant do anything to pick it up. Such a useless service as there are weeks the can isnt even full but if you have extra 1 week your gonna have to call, schedule and pay. I cancelled this service as there are about 5 others companies in Forney to choose from. Dont use them as all they care about is money and not customers. read more

We had them for our weekly trash pick up in Rockwall So disappointing they were great but then they go to all paperless & emails ALL invoices. Well.... our trash did not get picked up 10/27 called this morning they told me my bill was due 10/5 it was not paid. they NO longer send invoices & only email..... I stated i never saw the invoice so she sent again immediately while i was on the phone. I finally checked my spam & there is the invoice. You would think that if someone had not paid simple customer service maybe i need to send a past due notice via MAIL or Text I have text with them before. It blows my mind that they are relying SOLEY on email communication for billing & paying. I own 2 business & cannot imagine what would happen if my only form is EMAILING! Very disappointing cancelled service, thank goodness we have another option in our neighborhood. will post on our next door etc... for all new neighbors moving in. read more

Its not often in one's life that you end up writing a review for a waste disposal service but when you find a great company like Titan Waste, why not? It's not a "glamorous" business but it is a necessity and even waste disposal places need to be reviewed so here's mine. There are a few choices in the Forney area but for me Titan is the best. We just moved into Forney a few months ago and we had a lot of broken down empty boxes. Titan worked with me on picking up all of my moving boxes and the extra bags that you get with a move. Very friendly and accommodating. This was one less thing we had to deal with it and was greatly appreciated. I get my trash picked up two (2) days a week which surprised me. Having two pickup dates is perfect for a Family who doesn't want to smell trash all weekend until their next pickup. Now try getting that in your big cities... Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. The lady I deal with is great and very friendly. I would give Titan Waste the highest recommendation to any new home owners in the following areas: Forney, Talty, Crandall, Kaufman, Terrell, Wills Point, Rockwall and Royse City. Titan Waste is a winner at what they do on a consistent basis, which today is hard to find, no matter what type of business it is. read more

I called and they did not answer so I left a voicemail like it said to do. After no call back days later I called again, they still did not answer so I called again. And minutes later they finally call back, I have never left a bad review or complain but the lady on the phone was extremely rude from the start. She had a tone with me and told me that they were no longer doing services on my street without checking, maybe they actually didn't have any more services on my street, I understand that but if you don't like your job quit. read more

I have never experienced a company that acknowledges they have significant issues getting their post cards/bills delivered via mail but charges their valued customers late fees anyway. I hope the $10 late fee was worth the $300 annual loss of business. I will be looking for another trash company. Don't waste your time with this company. This company really deserves 0 stars. I have been with this company since 2016. So much for customer appreciation. I called on July 1 to ask why my service was increased because of course we were not notified ahead of time nor did the invoice explain the increase. The lady who answered said that it was due to the company being audited and that they had just found out so they didn't have time to notify. Then she said that the invoice is sent out 30 days in advance but yet the increase was on the invoice without explanation. I then explained that I would go ahead and pay the next 3 months service (which I did at the time I was speaking with her) but by September may no longer be with you. She then said no I will go ahead and cancel you. I replied no I am not cancelling I already payed for 3 months. She then said again no I am going to cancel and hung up. The following day a guy comes and picks up the can after I had told him services where payed up for the next 3 months. I called this morning and she said she cancelled my service and would no longer reinstate service with me. To expect my refund in the mail in about 14 days. Not the only time I have had problems with this company. I have also called for missed pick ups and for the employees dropping the can breaking the lid. Which took a month for it to be replaced and only after I sent an email. YES they do miss pick ups YES they are rude when you call them YES they will increase rate without telling you YES they will cancel your service if they don't like what you ask or say. read more

So I have call these people twice now and both times I have been told they will are not accepting new pick ups in my area. The first time I called was back early spring and was told no new pick ups... I called today and was told the same thing. I get it I really do! My issue is this..... with in the last few months the have built 20 new homes ON MY STREET and they are servicing them?! Customer service is absolutely horrible. The dispatch actually hung up on me! First call was made at 8 am we advised Titan our trashed was missed on Thursday. Instead of trying to assist in why this happened she accused me of not getting my trash out in time. I advised her I definitely did and she said to go ahead & stack additional trash by trash can and they would pick it all up, she would leave note on file advising trash collectors to pick up. Trash collectors come by & refuse to pick up extra trash, husband advised the driver he had talked to dispatch this AM and they can call in & confirm. He advised he would not do that & left the house without taking extra trash. I call dispatch back to let them know the extra trash was NOT picked up like SHE advised it would be & her answer to me is they would have no way of knowing, because they do not call them. Then WHY tell me your putting a note in file to be picked up? Who's going to read it and what file... NO ONE! And for that I got hung up on. read more

On approximately 1/2/15, I spoke with a female I believe was named Ashley in regards to a trash container that was to be dropped off at my address. During the call, I was informed that I already had a trash container that was the property of Titan Waste and would not be receiving another (the container did not have their logo or number). I stated that the container I was using was loaned out to me by my elderly neighbor and if there was a dispute over the property, it would need to be taken up with them. After a brief discussion which ended up with the rep stating that they would just pick up the container from my property and drop it back off a day later, I stated that if Titan would not do what was originally agreed upon then I would find another company that would. The representative promptly said "fine" and hung up on me. I did call back and requested a call back within 24 hrs or I would file a complaint. I received a call back promptly and was refunded my money within a few days. A few weeks later, the trash container in question came up missing. The container was over 180' from any road and behind my house where I was cleaning it to return to the elderly couple that had loaned it to me 10 months ago. Titan has claimed that they were not responsible but would be willing to discuss if I was able to produce any proof that someone associated with their company took the container. I did contact the Rockwall County Sheriff department and requested a criminal trespass warning be issued so that if any representative of Titan waste came onto my property, they would be arrested. My entire experience with Titan Waste has been extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for any business in my opinion. This review is not intended to hurt Titan's business but to protect other consumers despite their threat to try and restrict my right to free speech by threatening legal action for defamation. read more

Titan has always given my family excellent service, even when the trash container was overflowing with branches from my pruning of trees and shrubs. Especially over these holidays their service was praiseworthy in that they collected both on the day after Christmas and the day after New Year's, which their competitor in our neighborhood did not do. They have always picked up extra bags of trash as long as I keep the number to six or fewer, which I understand is their policy. Thanks, Titan, for your exemplary service! read more
