We have had Titan Trash since January. Love this company. They were easy to set up. Very affordable. They pick up at the same time every week. I highly recommend them. read more

Bad policies! Their policies "prevent " their employees from dumping out their bins upon pickup. They say it's more sanitary, instead they require them to reach in to grab the bagged trash. That sounds less sanitary to me. read more

Unfortunately, Titan does not offer recycle drop off and can't recommend any. This Yelp info needs updating because it includes dropoffs in the notes. I just wasted about 20 minutes of my time... read more

I have breathing problems so I called and asked if they could walk up my driveway to pick up my cans, and roll them back up, BIGhelp for me , really appreciate it . Thank you! Guys! read more

Update a Year later. It has been a good experience with Titan. The fees are included in our HOA monthly dues, like the pool service. Titan just let us know thru the HOA that trash and recycling are moving to Monday's. They will have two different Trucks for pick up, they report. Actually it's more simple if they do continue with a single day for service. read more

Not oganized. Don't train new people correctly. Charge for swapping out old bins for new ones. Can't give specific answers to swapping out bins, which day? Had to leave bins on the street for a week to get them swapped then was told afterward $35 feet. Never told up front. These people need to get their act together read more

Terrible customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone, and if you try to message through the website, there is no place to just reach customer support. If you text, the response is rude. No address found, so you can't get face to face either. My cans were stolen mid day on collection day. They are not labeled with a Titan logo or any ID, so they're a landscaper or criminal's dream. We are being charged to deliver new cans, per an email. If I was allowed by my HOA to drop them, I would. read more

I had their "service" for 4 weeks. They missed my pickup 3 times. I canceled them. It took over two weeks for them to pickup their container. So I had to store it. Start up was over $72.42. Now they want to charge me another $40.96 for picking up their container. Terrible service, I had to wait on the phone report their missed pickup. read more

Before you sign up with this company, CALL THEM. You'll get a recording asking you to leave a message. You'll NEVER HEAR BACK once you're a customer. This company DOES NOT call existing customers back. I've been a customer for a year, and they tried to greatly overcharge me. I've called and left many messages but NEVER HEAR BACK. Terrible customer service. read more

Titan has been great service for years. We live in a gated community and the gate opening has had many problems in the past and the pickup guys now just park out side and climb over the gate to get our trash bags. Please pass this on to your driver the gate code is #8241. Titan doesn't answer any phone calls so no way to pass any messages to them. Green Valley SIV2. read more

I've have left messages for 3 MONTHS now to pay my bill or get my account number to pay it online. NO RETURN TO MY CALLS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now this morning my trash wasn't picked up. The truck stopped, sat there a minute, then moved on. When I checked the dumpsters (2) they were not emptied. I run a business from my home and Titan's lack of professionalism is causing me problems. How hard is it to answer calls or return messages? If you want hit and miss billing, multiple phone calls to be ignored for 3 months, no way to even look up your account number online, then your service stopped without notice, this company is for you! Maybe this review will get their attention. Michael Horton 520-330-2686 read more

We signed up for service a few months back. They have been timely and a good value. However they have not picked up our trash now for 2 weeks. I have called and left messages and also reached out online and have not gotten any response! Online it says the acct # does not exist, yet I've had service for months! It may be a billing issue since my card was stolen but I can not reach anyone to resolve the issue! Trash is Now overflowing I would like to continue my service but may have to go elsewhere..... read more

We started using this company in the neighborhood I live and they are an outstanding business to work with. Prices are reasonable and they go the extra mile to service us. read more

Amanda Maestas at titan trash is extremely rude. Stole money from my bank account (unauthorized charge). Won't give me proper itemized bill. Forgot to bill me for 5 quarters then said I must have deleted the emails. Though they never interrupted service until after I paid. Amanda (Amanda@titantrash.biz) stopped service after payment, extorts clients (pay us more than we agreed upon or you won't have your trash picked up). Very despicable company. Though the actual service people are quite nice...they should run the company. read more

Oh y'all! This place needs a new girl answering the phone! Terrible customer service. We ordered a 2nd trash can because we are a BIG family. They were supposed to deliver the previous Wednesday. Nope! Called today (Monday) to make sure it would be delivered this week. The receptionist began blaming me. This is pathetic that because they cannot handle their business and do their job right, that the receptionist starts blaming the customer! Please tell me this girl is 20 years old, because unless she's young there is zero excuse to deal with your CUSTOMERS this way. What a joke of a company. read more

sold our house in Feb. I canceled the service. talked to a real person when I did. Now they are charging me a bill $54 I don't live there anymore. called to straighten this out but no one answers the phone Amanda is her name I've emailed called left messages and even texted the number. Nothing oh we'll try getting blood out of a turnip. Worst customer service in Green Valley, even though it a Tucson company the HOA needs to find someone else. Update: Got a Texted from Amanda, she was very rude, now I see why people are upset with them. Glad I'm gone from there, they need a better business plan, Start with a new Representive for statrters read more

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE This trash pick up service is our only option where we live, so I guess not having any competitors makes this company so confident that they DON'T CARE IF THEY HAVE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. I want to set Auto Pay on their website and I can't do it because they ask for an "ID number" aside from the account number, this number is supposed to appear on my invoice but there is nowhere to be found. She, Amanda the manager, has already charged me a late fee because I didn't pay on time the last bill which I didn't get in the mail or through my email account. I have left multiple messages on their office number, send her text messages, send her emails through the webpage and NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER!!!! read more

This Company has already gone above and beyond and this is only day one, as a disabled veteran I was not able to get my garbage out they asked me just put it outside my door and they'll come and grab it and take care of it and boy they did what other company would do that none I'm so glad I signed up with this new company they've been around 11 years and I just now heard of them and I look forward to doing business for a long time with them I totally recommend them Paul V read more

Absolutely the nicest workers I've ever came across. Very dependable and oh my gosh they even do trash on certain holidays when no one else will. I Absolutely love this company I recommend to anyone needing trash removal and very reasonable rates. Thank You Titan for everything you do. read more

I went to their website and indicated we were interested in their services and ask about rates. I received an email from someone named Amanda asking if she could answer any requisition. I replied and asked about rates. Nothing! I emailed her yet again requested info about their rates. Nothing. If this represents the company's services and reliability, forget it. read more

Titan is terrible. I would drop them if we could but we aren't able to because of our HOA. They leave notes if your garbage bag is considered "too heavy" or if you have "too much garbage/recycling." It's not my fault they have tiny trucks and are lazy, and unable to do their job. read more

received a bill today (3 Feb 24) they charged me a late fee. I would have paid the bill if I had received it on time. Last week they pick up my recycle bin but not the trash bin. Don't bother texting because they're just gonna argue with you. Our HOA negotiated a contract to include all items at the curb despite Titan having a 2 bag restriction. This has never been an issue in the past. Last week they skipped us for no reason. This week they skipped us for having 5 bags set out. That's what happens when you skip and have 2 weeks of trash. It accumulates. When we called they quoted their rule back to us. The owner drove to our house to see the bags at the curb. Mind you, he still didn't pick up the garbage. He drove by to look. It's bogus, because they took another neighbor's 3 extra bags this week. They used to be an awesome company but they got sloppy about 5 months ago and it's been downhill since then. They have been known to skip recycling containers in our HOA, too. Don't waste your money. Go with Waste Management. read more

I talked to a couple of the employees, they gave me the information I needed to make everything work smoothly, and they were happy to help.

Titan Recycle and Trash is a good company. Their workers are hard workers they go above and beyond to get the job done right. Plus some of the workers go out of their job description to help protect some of the people in some of the communities they work in. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would give them 9 stars because of their incredible service. read more

I will never touch my Trash Container the same way. On Friday 11/04/2022 I saw the Titan Trash Collectors dump the whole container to the hopper on to a full layer of feces smearing the front, side and lid of my container with it. I asked the young worker if he noticed what he did and made him aware that my container is now covered with someone else' feces and his responded was that it was not his problem that other people dumped waste that was not bagged. That day (11/04/2022), I went to the company website (https://titanrecycleandtrash.net) and, since there is no complaint section, left a message. The next day I got an email from them asking how they can help. I proceeded to reply via email explaining what had happened. In both, the email, and the msg, I explained what happened and how this can be prevented and asked if the method the trash collector person used was a standard process. Titan has not responded to my email or the website msg. Fast forward to today, 12/03/2022, It happened again. This time I did not see the Trash collection happening but when I went to move the trash container from the curb I saw there was feces smeared on the front. I do understand that trash collection is a dirty process, but no one wants to have feces on their containers, specially on the handles or the lid, and specially someone else' s feces. read more

I am having problems getting my garbage picked up. I have my account on auto pay. I started service in November and called to complain when my garbage was not picked up but got nowhere, not even a call back. December seemed to be okay with weekly pickups but they stopped picking up again in January and now in February. I called today to let them know and Amanda's mailbox was full!! What is going on. I am having to put my garbage into my neighbor's bin. I am paying for a service that I am not getting. Do I dispute the charges on my credit card? Unfortunately I have to agree with previous customers when they say that Amanda is passive aggressive and not well trained in customer service. I am going to talk to the HOA board to see if we can switch companies. I agree that the actual "workers" who come to get the garbage are wonderful, but Amanda needs to find a better fitting job or better understand her customer's needs. It starts with good communication and respect. read more

I wanted to pick Zero stars, but one star was the lowest rating I could select. Have been trying to reach Titan for over a month now to set up services for my dad. According to the CC&R's for his neighborhood, this is the only option for trash and recycling services. I've called, left voice mails and we've also emailed them with no response. I've been picking up my dad's trash weekly and using my own service with an outstanding company. This company is trash. read more

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS. I'd like to give the hardworking Titan crew 5 stars! They are terrific. The problem is Amanda, the receptionist-bookkeeper. She doesn't answer the phone when you call. She doesn't answer your email messages. She takes no responsibility for not sending your electronic bill and then charges you a $15 late fee. The owner doesn't care - he knows about her negative interaction with customers and does nothing. It could be a great company. Now, it's mediocre. Once they fire Amanda, and get a good replacement, I'll give them a 5 star review. read more

We live in Green Valley and have been using Titan for the past year. The fellows that drive & pick up the recycle and trash have always been polite & willing to go the extra mile. We are careful to follow the rules regarding cactus disposal by taping everything inside of a cardboard box. I have never had a problem with a return call after leaving a message... Thanks to Team Titan! read more

I am so happy with my service here. Amanda is just a doll I enjoy talking to her and she works so hard. I always get a response from her within 24 hours and she's always very helpful. I've even gotten emails back after her office hours. 10/10 recommend!!! read more

Over the past five weeks Titan has failed to pick up our trash twice. They don't return calls or respond to emails. Several times you couldn't leave a message because their mailbox was full. I strongly recommend you not use their service. They are cheaper than the competition but I guess you get what you pay for. read more
