Was promised in a phone call they would go down based on discounts. Bill time came and there were no lower prices shown. Another call said I would have a credit for the next quarter. Asked them to end service and return my money. They ended the service. Charged me $86+ to pickup the container. Claims there is no place to drop off containers in the state of Arizona. They did not refund my money. I see reason to recommend this company. I'm glad there is another option in our community. Customer service reps proved to be dishonest. We went with the other option. Just say no to WM. Looks like Waste Connections will be taking over operations at Oracle Transfer Station in February based on recent Pinal County notice. I hope that is the case. They pick up the garbage. The time can vary week-to-week. Inconsistent. Rates vary for many in the community. Opened the door to competition recently. A lot of the community changed due to the high costs. Raised rates due to fuel costs. Did not lower when fuel costs went down. Guess we will be hearing about new rate increases as fuel costs rise again. At least we have an option now. Not terrible! Not great! They pick up the trash. Not the drivers fault that customer service is terrible when you call. Expect to be on the phone for at least 30 minutes. At least first 20 will be on hold.
