He followed his GPS, got lost as predicted. I called him and tried to tell him how to get here, he got pissed off, said he wasn't coming and hung up on me. The lady in the office is no better. Make sure you verify when rolloff is delivered. Ranch Rolloffs notified me they would be picking up the rolloff the following day when my 7 days were up. They came 6 hours earlier than what they state on the website of being a full 7 days and the interaction between the owners, my contractor that wasn't finished using the rolloff and me wasn't pleasant. Owner apologized later but the initial response left a bad taste in my mouth for wanting to use this company again. Wont do it. read more

I called and talked to the owner about getting a rolloff. She gave me the details about rental rates, costs associated to being over one ton In weight the first ton is free. Everting sounded good and I gave her my credit info. I then quickly got a couple of text messages with two documents on the do's and don'ts. One document mentioned no hidden fees. Once the rollof arrived at my place I got the first bill and I notice a $50 gas surcharge. I thought that makes sense since fuel prices have gone up. Then when they picked up the rolloff I got a second bill for what I was correctly charged on the weight overage, but there was now a second $50 fuel surcharge. I called to ask why there were two fuel surcharges and she rudely said "have you bought gas lately?" I told her one fee is fine but two were excessive. She agreed to remove the second fee. I needed a second rolloff and they sent another and again double charged me and the owner refuses to remove the second fee and was quite rude about it. I also pointed out their website mentions a $50 overage fee but they are charging $60 per ton. She said it was the web designers error not hers. Wow! I contracted with another vendor who failed to get a dumpster to me 5 days after they had a written contract to deliver one. I had people coming to help me and no dumpster! I called Ranch Rolloffs and they were able to get a dumpster to me within the HOUR! I know that isn't always possible, but they did such a fantastic job of not only understanding my need, but solving the problem! The process was easy, the staff was friendly and accommodating. If you live in Tucson I urge you - Don't Call Anyone Else! Ranch Rolloffs is the BEST! read more
