I stopped in and asked the man outside if they had sand. I was directed inside where his wife (I assume) had already overheard me and was ready to ring me up. Quick and easy and then I was directed around the side to be loaded up. In and out in five minutes. The thing that got me besides the great customer service was also the extent of their inventory. They have quantities for the DIYers or the home gardeners as well as huge piles of gravel, sand and such for commercial use. They have the ability to service anyone needs and are quick to do so. Thank you so much

3/14/2021 My review…read moreabout this Landscaping company is in regards to Firewood. I recently called this business to a request a face cord delivery of firewood back in November 2020. They delivered on-time a face cord of seasoned firewood on 11/20/2020 for a price of $200.00. The driver was friendly and polite and I was told they accept check or cash for payment, therefore I paid in cash for the load. I felt that the price was high yet I was told on the phone that the distance of 12 miles was added in extra for a delivery charge. SMH This business is located in Armada, Michigan off of 32 Mile Rd. which in calculation to my home off of 22 Mile Rd. equaled a total of 10 miles from business yard to my driveway. The firewood load had many large stump pieces that needed to be split and cut in order to fit inside the insert of my fireplace. Oh Well, seeing was believing plus I assumed that all companies split the wood on the thinner side. After All I've been buying firewood since 1992. The wood burned great and lasted till Feburary 1, 2021. Price too high! Their Location & Hours: 18575 32 Mile Rd., Armada, Michigan Phone#: (586) 784-9119 Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed They also offer Lawn & Landscaping Design, Construction & Maintenance, Lawn & Garden Maintenance as well as Snow Plowing. Established 1993.

We hired Anthony Dangelo from D'Angelos Landscaping and we are tired of begging for a resolution…read morefor unfinished work. He has ghosted us and we have tried to give him ample opportunity to make this right. Just some of the issues we have are listed below. We paid for old barrier to be removed (it is killing our plants) and new barrier to be installed before rocks were installed in several areas. In several areas the old barrier was never removed and it's still killing for plants. In some areas no barrier was installed at all. Anthony failed to inform us he does not know how to do hardscaping and he never divulged he subcontracted a company to install brick on end (BOE). The install of the BOE was HORRIBLE and left us with a mess we need to have it completely replaced. The BOE fell apart after three days. I refused to pay for the BOE however, I will have to end up paying MORE then the initial cost to have all the rock, sand, and concrete removed so we have it properly installed. He still owes us a four plants that he has not made good on. One plant has died, he dug the holes for the other two plant and one shrub but he has ghosted me and won't return my texts. They damaged our landscaping lights, two sprinkler heads and buried a sprinkler head under barrier and rocks (I had to dig it out). They are the only landscaping company I've ever hired that (by his own admission) does not know how to repair sprinkler heads/lines or severed landscaping lights. It's understandable our lawn would be damaged in the process however, the 'repair' was unacceptable. There are still bare spots and uneven soil that he promised to level out. They dug up sections of our lawn while doing work for our neighbor (they are unhappy as well and hopefully they write a review) and just left it unfinished. They damaged a significant portion of our front lawn while doing the neighbor's BOE (which has already fallen apart as well) and replaced it with sod that is at least 50% weeds. It looks terrible. Our 16 year old Japanese Maple tree was severely damaged and I had to argue with him for two days to get some kind of compromise for the damage. He refused to cover the full cost of the damaged. He did his very best to avoid taking responsibility at all and had I not asked for some type of resolution he had no intention of addressing it or apologizing. He was supposed to return to transplant several plants that were incorrectly placed so, now I'm stuck doing the work myself even though we paid him to do it. We met with him in person shortly after his crew left to express our concerns and we thought we had a clear understanding. He promised to make is right and and return to fix all of the issues and in return we paid him and we stated we wouldn't write a negative review. It's been a month now and he refuses to return my texts and calls so, this is my only option at this point. ****Update**** Anthony Dangelo claims he has been the Owner / CEO of the company for 6 years and he is 24 years old. In reality he Is only 18 years old and does NOT own the company. He is commiting fraud. He is intentionally misleading customers about his experience in order to inflate his prices. ****** We always do our best to support local small town business owners and this is by far the worst experience we have had to date. Please DO NOT hire Anthony Dangelo from D'Angelos Landscaping.

Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. Like i said...Buyer beware, terrible customer service...do you want to ever deal with a company who would rather throw insults than to solve problems.
