The initial response I received said he would be out within 48 hours to review and send my customized quote. He was out in less than 5 hours and I indeed had my customized quote the very next day. And I could instantly tell it was customized based on the unique attributes he called out. I then asked to speak with Scot directly just to get to know him, and he spent 30 minutes talking me through everything he saw, recommendations for what I can do to help make my yard look good that he doesn't charge for, the best way to get rid of the stupid moles in my backyard, and then complimented our home very much. Paxton responded with his services and specifically set up a program for what I needed and requested for my lawn. Precision offers different 'Step' programs, 4,5 or 6; mowing, aeration, grub control and other services. Precision used Advanced Turf Solutions for applications, a Michigan Based Fertilizer Company. Which I feel is a positive effect for Michigan lawns. Compared to other companies, Precision is very competitive and beats larger less reputable providers by 40%. Paxton did what he said he would do, showed up at the scheduled time and continuously kept me informed of his arrival. I wanted to meet Paxton for his first visit to walk the yard, confirm my lawn needs and hear about him and his company which I learned has a Noble History. Our first service included aeration, over-seeding and 1 of 6 step fertilizer applications. I have a high slope and shady yard with thick and thin areas. My goal is to even out my yard.
