It took 6 months from the time we purchased our home until we were able to live in it. 5 mortgage payments made while not able to live in our home. It was shoved onto my property late December. Nick and his team asked us to LIE to the bank and say the home was in place when in fact it was in my driveway - in 2 pieces - for weeks. Then we had issues with permits that we were assured were taken care of. Nick will say and do anything to get a sale. Lie through his teeth that he is doing everything constantly blaming the septic company, the contractor, the county. To this day, a year from when we purchased our home we still don't have all the inspections complete and there has been ZERO follow up. Nick said he would "make it right". He is a flat out liar. Worse experience with Titan homes of Willis Texas. Salesman, Nicholas Mora aka Nick was very unprofessional. Lied to me numerous times, screamed at me and whole experience was awful. Was told my home was ready for move in. It wasn't and I had to spend tge holidays in an Airbnb. I had to put in formal complaint to his or pirate office to get a refund. BEWARE Never ever buy a home from Titan homes in Willis. Worst customer service ever. They sell you home with a warranty and when problems come up.... they pass the buck!!! It took almost 2 yrs to get warranty work done after our home was set up. We had several problems, only to find out later some or most of the repairs were not done properly, resulting in the same problems arising again. I spoke with the manager at their Willis location last September and I still haven't got anywhere. That is, until I wrote a bad review in December. I immediately got a call back, only because he was upset about the bad review, not about the fact I am an unhappy customer. I received another call from a rep and was told someone would address the issues and get back with me to schedule to address issues. It's now the end of January and I received another call from yet another person at the Willis office stating she was going to send me a number to talk to the factory about issues. I still haven't received the text from her. My saga doesn't end there...I get another call from an area rep to tell me to call the extended warranty company. Yes, we purchased an extended warranty from the Willis location when we bought the home. I called the extended warranty company and now have been told to call them back tomorrow because they show that we do not have a warranty policy or policy was cancelled...... What the hell!!!......this is like a really bad joke!!!!. Purchased a home from Titan through Joe Shedarowich on July 28th, 2023. as of this date, December 27th, 2023 I have not had anyone come out and do a punch list on this crappy house he sold me. The house is not even finished. I cannot get anyone to return my calls and Joe will not even talk to me. He lied about the extra's that came with the house, and what the community offered. I am living in a house that I did not order and is not finished being built. I have text messages from Joe where he forged my name on the communities contract where the house now sits. Joe and Bob the manager will not return my calls and I cannot get them to come finish putting the house together. DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN in WILLIS, TEXAS !! Bob, the manager will not return my calls and has not done a thing to make this house liveable. worst experience of my life buying a crappy home that has not been finished, which was built in Burleson, Texas. read more

Bought a home they advertise what we see we will get but not true we did not get dividers for the cabinets and the trimming bad customer service and they are a lot of charges. One of the best and easiest buying experiences I've had. I Recently helped purchase my daughter a home for her family in Conroe at Titan Hones in Willis. Bob and staff could not have been more professional and helpful. They helped with the painstaking process of picking out the right house for her family. From there they walked us through the financing process and found us the best interest rate and terms. Today my daughter and family are living in their new Titan home and could not be happier. The salesmen are not very helpful or friendly. The salesman Robert Thurman whom we were dealing with wouldn't get out of his chair to show us anything. He said its open and go look at it. He only knew the price of one mobile home and then picked up a few pages in his book grouped together and said this is how many he deals with and could tell us prices on any of them. I was in the process of buying a home from Marc until I started doing more homework and realized how bad they were trying to rip me off on the construction side and the high price tag on the house itself. When I decided to take my earnest money and go elsewhere that's when he decided it was ok to start sending me text messages later harassing me about the other dealer I chose to buy from, mentioning how he had been by my land to check it out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!! The manager "BOB" is a person you don't want to have to deal with. They couldn't work a deal for me that benefited me and my family, only benefited their company...after almost 2 months we decided to wait because they couldn't get the community we wanted and tried to put us on a extremely ghetto and dangerous community which was the end for me. I told them I didn't want that community from the beginning and they try to move me to this location still. I told them if we can't get into this community we wanted we will not be purchasing a home until we can get approved with the community we wanted. This showed me they weren't in it for the best interest of my family and I so we decided to wait. They made me feel like my credit wasnt good enough to buy a home which i knew my not have been perfect. We signed a refund form to get back our $500 earnest deposit back on 8/9/18 (Which says takes up to 10 days, no fine print or clauses) and here we are 8/29/18 still waiting on this refund. I got the run around on this every week, sme one will call me back, they have no answer for me, it is being processed and goes on and on. This week I go to Clayton homes and they get me approved on the spot with zero issues and half the deposit and fixed lower interest rate then Titan and even a bigger and nicer home.... We even closed the same week and got approved for the same community! I call today and they ask if I was looking for a refund and I said yes and then told they were processing it. I hear "BOB" in the background all grumpy and bitter with an attitude saying something. I tell the salesperson I have been told this every week that they are processing it, this is ridiculous and al I want was a refund. He then ask me if I bought a home from Clayton and I said yes, they got me approved and closed i the same week with the community I wanted. "BOB gets on the phone and has a extreme attitude and says "You will get a refund a week a week from this Friday!" So 9 more days??? That will make 1 month and 5 days total if I do get it. He gets upset and says you bought a home from us and I aint refunding you until we take care of this home or something similar... I told him I didn't buy a home from you, I was trying but you couldn't get the deal done.. I can see he is mad and its actually funny to get his panties al in a knot because his "Company" couldn't get the deal done and earn my business. How hard is it to refund someone there deposit when told we are not going to buy and we are going to wait since your company can't get the deal done for us? I'm not going to buy a home to benefit your company and put my family in a location that has a high crime rate just to make you happy, maybe you should think about the customers first and visualize if you would put your family in a location like this before you try and put another one there and stop chasing that dollar. REFUND AND PART WAYS...SIMPLE...I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE TO YOUR LOCATION, AS A MATTER OF FACT I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO GO THAT WAY...YOU SHOULD KNOW 1 DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER CAN CAUSE YOU TO LOSE LOTS MANY FUTURE POTENTIAL CLIENTS...WHICH I WILL MAKE SURE HAPPENS.
