I found a home I liked on a Titan website I added the options I wanted and requested a sales person to call me . No response after 2 days so I called . A super nice lady answered . I explained that the home I am buying with cash will be for my father. I explained I live in Califonia but the home would need to be delivered to a park in Grand Junction Colorado . I told her I realize that is out of their normal delivery range so if they can get it to a property in Farming New Mexico I will hire a company to transport it the rest of the way and set it up in Grand junction . She asked if she could call me back . I said yes . She called me back and said she is pretty sure they can use a company to take it all the way to Grand Junction for me. I. Told her that would be awesome . She verified that I was serious and was paying cash . I assured her . She asked my time frame I said asap . She said she will call me back . She called back and asked for the address grand junction. I gave it to her . She said she would call me back . One week later a Fernando called me and left a message asking if I'm interested in buying a home from them , next day same message . I called twice no answer and no room to leave a message . Fenando calls and said I have 2 missed calls how can I help you I explained I already had things going with a super nice lady and I would like to see if we can figure out who it was so I can continue with her . He abruptly said I can help you and get you a price what state are you calling from !? I said well I don't think the state I'm calling from is relevant.. he abruptly loudly spoke over me spewing gibberish about prices and sales tax... he would not let me speak at all . Now I'm seriously looking into other company's . read more

We had been looking for a new home for years and turned down everywhere we go. We had bad credit and very little down. We worked with Ryan Thomas and he was able to find us something that we loved and worked with our budget. We were able to sell our old house and put that towards our beautiful home. Communication was absolutely amazing, he was always on top of everything and made sure everyone got on the same page when we had to be out of our house and in the new one. Ryan your amaze balls! Beautiful homes and AMAZING staff! I was blown away by the quality of the homes. They have a floorplan for everyone! The kitchen is the most important part of a home to me, and the kitchens I saw are some of the nicest I've seen! read more

If i could do no stars i would DONT BUY A HOME FROM THESES PEOPLE THEY'RE LIKE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS...they sold us on the home that everthing would be taken care of and theses people took our money and couldnt give us a date when our hone would be done this was in June 2018 on top my home has been sitting for 7 months thank to the contractors they referred THOMAS HALL who LACEY said she was good with but cant get him to work even after being paid and the red carpet crew is even worse DEANNA WILSON kept giving us attitude when we ask her to fix problem her red carpet crew is suppose to fix on top of all they had to get a guy to finish our inside which is suppose to be a brand new home the carpet ia missing padding and pieces of it was glued down the home hasnt supposedly been lived in but looks like a used ruined down home in all im warning you TITAN FACTORY DIRECT OF MIDLAND IS HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS THE THINGS THERE DOING ARE NOT RIGHT MY HUSBAND AND I WORK VERY HARD TO GET THIS HOUSE ONLY TO BE SCREWED read more
