We went through Nancy Torres to buy our home. She was fast and efficient. Mr. Johnson, the owner, even came in and helped us. We liked a certain trailer but there was some changes we wanted to make to the kitchen. Amazingly enough, they had new plans for us with a new look n the kitchen. It was exactly what we wanted!!! 10 weeks later, the time it took to build our new home, our trailer was there. I was very pushy and I know I was, but Nancy was greeting me at every call or text with tremendous patience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted either by another worker or by Mr. Johnson himself. Nancy Torres was the sales associate that helped us get into our beautiful home. She was very professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Nancy was able to explain things so everyone was able to understand what was going on. If she wasn't able to answer the phone when we called, she always got back with us in a timely manner. I'm sure there were times that we got very annoying by calling so much but she always stayed professional and did everything she could to make sure we were happy.
