I was looking to get a new remote programmed for my system and was quoted for a whole new system after being told by the manufacturer that any dealer can replace my remote. It took them weeks to actually get my car and system looked at. I then took my system to another dealer who was more than happy to look at my system and quote me for a new remote. auto Xpress needed to see the car in person when the other dealer (Remote start MN/12 volt heaven) was able to determine the type of remote I would need and have me a cost and how long the programming would take. The cost was what he quoted but took significantly less time than quoted which was ideal for my situation. another time we had a fuel tank brought to auto Xpress to he resealed and they outsourced the tank to a place in chaska who lost it. The entire time they lied and were saying they had it in the shop. After about 2 months of waiting we told them to give it back even if it wasn't complete. Overall very disappointed in the service received and trying to be scammed into buying a whole new system.

A guy from the shop asked me did you just have your transmission fluid changed? I replied no. He said it was the cleanest he had ever seen. That's because there was none in it. My transmission went out. My mechanic said no fluid wrecked it. I contacted Scott the owner he blamed my van? So I leased a truck and went to a koo. My customer asked where's your van I told him what happened. He said I brought my truck there they didn't put oil in it and my motor went out. Snappy Lube had to replace it. So I thought I would take them to court. Then I read someone else did and Scott got on a payment plan? That customer said it took forever to get paid back. All said Scott cost me $2,500 to bring it to Snappy Lube for an oil change. Don't be fooled on his website as well look for lowest ratings he has a lot of them folks.

The incompetence, lazyness and carelessness continues at Heartland Tire, along with high prices,…read morehere in New Ulm Minnesota. Many years have gone by & nothing has changed about the unprofessionalism I found again at Heartland Tire. From the lack of enthusiasm & bad customer service that came from the two guys at the front counter, to the lack of knowledge & lack of thoroughness to do the repair successfully from the mechanics out in the shop. Two of the employees even tried blaming their mistakes on me. So again, my visit at Heartland Tire was very disappointing for many different reasons & I think this is why the new Les Schwab Tire Center is opening up here in New Ulm Minnesota because people are fed up with Heartland Tire's unprofessional service. Last but not least there wasn't even coffee in the waiting area for customers to enjoy if they wanted to & there weren't even water cups in the water machines cup dispenser for customers to drink water while they waited. There are many different reasons I have & I can go into further detail about all of them but I don't have time. I will no longer take my vehicle or any of my family members vehicles to Heartland Tire in New Ulm Minnesota because of their incompetence & outrageously high prices considering the job they do. I will also suggest to everyone else that I know to take their business elsewhere because I cannot trust my vehicle in the hands of people who act like that, no way! Trust me on this, because I have been working on cars, trucks, jeeps, and motorcycles for 26 years now, from California to Minnesota, so I have seen it all in my lifetime, so I know what I am talking about when I say to stay clear & avoid Heartland Tire here in New Ulm Minnesota. The only reason people kept taking their vehicles to Heartland Tire is because they were forced to because Heartland was the only place in town to go to BUT NOT ANYMORE! Les Schwab Tire is coming soon to New Ulm Minnesota, thank God, so hopefully they can do a better job than Heartland because it's been long over due because we all have been putting up with Heartland Tires incompetence for to many years here in New Ulm Minnesota.
