I had to find a place that would fix it but not charge more money than I have. Well, Jeff at Rule Tire fixed my exhaust for a fraction of what I thought it would cost. I was having problems with one of my bearings and drove the car to this shop to get it looked at. They were pressuring me to get more work done on the car then it needed. When I refused additional work, and just had the bearings looked at, it ended up breaking just a few weeks later. Poor workmanship and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

First off I called and got an answering machine which I never got a call back from. When I call…read moreagain I got tires ordered and appointment to get them on. When I am putting away the safety inspection from the service. I see that it shows the rear brakes are in red and front in yellow. Call to see why I wasn't informed about this and not able to answer phone. Will call me back. They do not. I get a survey about the service I received and state this information. There was a phone call I was unable to answer but no message was left nor was there another attempt to reach me. Get a follow up survey Tell them no contact made. Still hear nothing. Take my car elsewhere to get the brakes. And they call me asking why I wanted brakes they were above 50 %. So why did the safety report show I definitely needed them? Also I have asked about the recalls 2 if not 3 times and get told the one was a software update but they haven't done it or made an appointment to do it.

He was knowledgeable, very honest & a pleasure to work with. You could tell he truly cared that the whatever vehicle we bought would be best for our family. He even offered & then brought my 4 year old daughter a bag of freshly-made popcorn. The Sales Manager was direct & respectful, no games. Ditto in the finance office with information & options provided but no high pressure like one may experience at other dealerships.
