    Cob webs!!

    Crooks!! I bought 4 new tires a month ago with road hazard insurance. I got a nail in one of my tires and they told me that they don't plug tires, they only patch them. They just wanted more money. I had to pay a small fee to get another tire! Store is nasty! Cob webs, full garbage cans , dirty tables and chairs!!

    Rear View Mirror

    Terrible customer service!!!. The manager Carlos is an absolute ASS. So, this place LOST my side rear view mirror. I was told in a test drive after spending 1300$ here, that it "fell off" and they did not go back to retrieve it. My mirror was already damaged, given. But ATTACHED. Originally I was given the run around about what even happened to the mirror, for two days from different employees, each time in front of me they called Carlos who I was working with from jump, gave them each a different answer.. . In the end, apparently since it was already damaged the manager Carlos stated it was nothing they can do... that it didn't matter, I needed a new one anyway. THAT IS NOT YOUR PLACE TO DETERMINE WHAT CAN BE REMOVED OR HOW VALUABLE IT IS. I dealt with Tire Plus 3 days in a row and it ended up in a shit show. The staff that I encountered were very nice, except CARLOS. But they are also unaware of certain "rules and policies " that Carlos has in place. Which makes them look bad when they're upfront and he's not there. Then when he's called to the front to clear up the situation, He gives information, plays the blame game, his whole demeanor changes. He is very unapologetic, acts very unfamiliar to who you are, to the situation , about any prior conversation you just had with him, as well as puts blame on his employees and throws them under the bus to cover his mistakes. He's very unprofessional. The higher ups should look into him, he damn near had joy in his voice when he explained how he just had to fire employees due to whatever excuse he gave and after my experience it sounds like it was him with his unprofessional power trip behavior he had. Will not be returning for service ever, do not recommend! Communication here is horrible, cause of who they have managing. . Went down to Pep boys to get help! Def check them out before here.

    I walked in on a Monday morning at 7:35am. I needed an oil change and lately getting my oil changed at the dealer has taken several hours. This place is close and they had a coupon so I gave it a shot. The waiting area is small but perhaps that's a good sign...maybe people don't have to wait all day for tires and oil changes. Wifi is available and free. Despite not having an appointment, they took my car back with a few minutes and my oil was changed in within the hour. Plus my break lights were out and they were changed them for a small fraction of what the dealer would have charged. Conclusion - great neighborhood oil change and tire spot. Get an appointment to minimize your wait and be prepared to say no to up-sales.

    My car died on the freeway in what appeared to be a simple alternator failure. The vehicle was…read moretowed to Christian Brothers in Smyrna over the weekend. Monday morning they called, and I explained that the battery light came on before the car died. I even told them I had researched it and believed it was likely the alternator. They told me they had to power the battery just to move the car into the shop and would perform a diagnosis. I also asked if they offered a AAA discount and was told yes. Great. A few hours later, I received a repair estimate for over $2,500 including an alternator, fusible link, battery, corrosion cleanup on terminals and wires, etc. I approved those repairs. I did NOT approve the oil leak repairs or suspension recommendations. I was surprised by the "oil leak" because the car never leaked oil previously. I was also told that because the fusible link was blown, the "dash warning lights/odometer issues" would need to be reevaluated after repairs were completed. At NO point did anyone tell me the check engine light was on. It also did not appear in any of the photos they sent me. Since my schedule was busy, I picked the vehicle up on a Sunday after paying over the phone. When I arrived, the plastic wrap from the tow company was STILL covering the open windows and sunroof. That immediately struck me as odd. Why wouldn't the shop remove it after fixing the car? I got in, started the vehicle, and closed the sunroof. Then I discovered: * Windows didn't work * AC didn't work * Radio didn't work * Display screen was black * Check engine light was on * Traction control light was on So after spending over $2,500, the car still had major electrical problems. Frustrated, I left the vehicle there, texted the service department detailing everything wrong, and dropped the keys in the night box. The next day they suddenly claimed the check engine light was already on and "visible in the photo." It absolutely was not, and nobody mentioned it in any call or text prior to pickup. I again explained that I simply needed the car functional and requested a quote to repair: * Check engine light * Traction light * AC * Windows * Black display screen * Radio They then discovered MORE blown fuses and charged another $600. Here's the part that really gets me: if they already knew a 150-amp fuse was blown during the first repair, why wouldn't they check the rest of the fuse system at that time? Basic common sense would suggest lower amperage fuses may also have blown. Instead, that didn't happen until AFTER I picked the car up and brought it back. So now I return AGAIN to pick up the vehicle during business hours. Before leaving, I checked everything myself. Guess what? The radio STILL didn't work. I walked back inside and Steve admitted he never checked it, despite the radio being clearly listed on my issue list. Then they asked me if I had some "radio code." Seriously? For a 2010 vehicle? Why would I have that? They started calling the dealership, and honestly I can only imagine what the dealership thought hearing a repair shop trying to figure this out. Meanwhile, I Googled the issue myself and immediately found information suggesting... another blown fuse. Sure enough, about 30 minutes later, they came back and said they found ANOTHER blown fuse under the dash. Again -- why are ALL the fuses not being checked during diagnosis on an electrical issue involving a blown fusible link? At least they didn't charge me another $100 for replacing a 10-amp fuse. Moral of the story: take your business somewhere else. The Christian Brothers location in Woodstock is FAR better. I will never return to this location again. Ironically, the reason I finally posted this review is because they kept texting and calling asking me to leave one. Otherwise, I probably would have just moved on. But since they wanted a review so badly... here it is. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I called a few places based on reviews and settled on KLM as they were the most responsive and personable. I took my car in a few days later and picked it up the following day. My vehicle was fixed as promised. The staff here were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The price I paid was a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge and more on board with what my research online said it should cost. I'm very pleased with my decision to take my car here. I was apprehensive because it's a European car. But, my mechanic Antonio actually used to work at a Mercedes dealership. I would recommend KLM to friends and family and return. They fixed my car and saved me money!

After…read moredealing with a dishonest mechanic for some time I decided to look for another shop and stumbled across KLM. I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me. Words cant describe how happy I am with KLM and the service that they provide. There arent many honest mechanics these days, but I truly trust Luis and his team. I think it goes without saying that I will be returning!
