Do not trust these people with time frames or appointments at all, straight up con artists. I came for an alignment, which they told me would be 60 to 90 minutes, I added an oil change which they said would bring it to about 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT At 1 pm mind you, I made it very clear that was the most time I had. They decided to do the oil change, and not the alignment which was the main thing I went for. It's now 3pm and they have not even started the alignment. What a coincidence, they had time to do the oil change that gets more money out of me, but not the alignment that I paid $200 for lifetime alignment. They logic was "we always do the pull change first." If you value your time, don't go near this place, this is the second time they lie about time to get me in and take way longer. read more

Learned my lesson, one and done place. Only reason two stars is the staff was friendly (to probably just sell their services). Wife got a flat so I made an appointment for 8AM. Only one other person was here however it took almost an hour for them to lift the car and look at the wheel only to tell me that it doesn't "fall within their zone" to simply patch the tire. I chuckled cause I knew it was a lie to sell me a new tire, which was then followed up by saying "if they replaced the tire it was a different size so all four tires would need to be replaced" LOL that's a new one I've never heard so A for effort. I told the guy no and they lowered the car and I left. All I needed was a simple patch but I guess they don't care about customers and making new returners. I took the car somewhere else and they patched it no problem whatsoever. I don't recommend this place whatsoever for anything. Take your vehicle to a mom and pop garage that will fix your car for half the price and twice the heart. read more

I took my BMW here for front brake pads, rotors and sensor. First they scratched my car's bumper (my car is low). They offered to buff it but I don't trust them with my car anymore. Then I noticed the brakes were less responsive and felt soft. I called Shawn who told me there is no explanation for why the brakes would feel soft. Really sir? I may be a women and don't know about cars but I know how to google and there's several reasons why the brakes could feel soft (including articles on their sister company website - Firestone). We've been taking our cars there for over 10 years and are well aware of the pricing for things like oil changes and engine light diagonostic. We were shocked to get a quote of $120 for the same oil change We've been getting for years and paid $45. Today I took my car there for an engine light diagnostic like I've done multiple times, they quoted me $110 instead of $30 that I normally paid. When i told the clerk (a new guy ive never seen before) that it must be a mistake, he told me that's what the price always has been. I told him that was not right because ive always paid about $30, he didn't even bother to look up the car history and told me thats what it was. The main reason we stayed with them for so long was because we trusted them. Now all their staff is new and they apparently jacked up their pricing. Sucks!!!!! Tha Yelp Daddy has learned his lesson. Never, never again go to a tire, auto or any place that has 3-3 1/2 stars. There's a reason for such low ratings....and that reason is service, quality and speed....And ALL 3 things that place SUCKS at!!! The coffee that they offered was nasty as hell...I mean, it was burnt...the waiting area was freezing and so were their attitudes. Excellent customer services! It was my first time here and it wouldn't be my last. I needed my oil changed and they gladly assist event though it was quickly approaching closing. After a long day at work I was super happy it only took 20 mins. Then I asked for a quote on tires. I was given a full invoice on how much 4 new tires would cost, plus alignment and tax. I have used Tires Plus for years. I have trusted them and relied on them for a number of years. Fred and his crew were the best. Recently my wife went to the store to get an oil change and was advised by Renel ? before she was to take a trip upstate by herself in our leased 2018 Audi a5. She was told Fred was demoted and proceeded to sell my wife $1400 worth tires, alignment, filters, and fluids on the leased car with less than one year on the lease. To add insult to injury, he than refused to allow her to put this on my Tires Plus card ( which Fred always did ) and listed the whole transaction under my daughter's former maiden name. We definitely need to evaluate our relationship with this Tires Plus. read more

Very upset, my daughter was taken advantage of. While stuck with 3 small children she had to get her car towed to this place Store#241252 - apparently the cost of fixing the fuel pump along with now "new" issues was going to come to far more than she could afford so it was advised to apply for a credit card. This low mileage older vehicle bought new and maintained by my father all of a sudden has more than $2k worth of work beign done to it! STILL NOT OPERABLE. It has been in the shop every weekend for over 1 month! In December we bought our kids "FIXD" and they have used it. She knew what had to be fixed on the car. NOW there is more than what her FIXD report stated. We have contacted customer service, she has contacted the Renel the Manager. He is NOT helping. There is a huge disconnect with the company here - All I can say is I'm copying and printing out everything because without the car being actually repaired to date all of this is going to my attorney! read more

This is my go to Tires plus. I have been bringing my car here for a few years and they never let me down. Fred was very helpful when my transmission was starting to go. He recommended a place that aas phenomenal. Today, I was there for something else and again the staff was extremely helpful. I took my car in because it sounded like a belt was loose. I asked if they were able to fix it. They called me back later that day and told me I needed a harmonic regulator. The bill for my share after insurance was over 800. When I took the car home it had a revving issue and the engine light was on. Took it back the next day and was told they didn't have the proper equipment to repair it and I should take it to a dealer. The car is currently at another shop that is telling me it needs a new timing belt and other repairs totaling $4800. I called Tires Plus and explained the situation. The manager told me to have the repairs done and submit it as a claim. I called TP corporate and asked to speak to a manager. They told me to file a claim, which I did. That was Thursday of last week. They told me it can take up to 3 days for a manager to call you back ( obviously they have tons of problems they're dealing with ) today is day 3. Still no call. Tires Plus is great for tires. Not so much the plus. read more

Getting my oil changed today!!! This place is really good to me and my family! We've been coming here for more than 20 years. The customer service has been exceptional. Ask for Fred! Him and Shaun are both good guys and are always straight forward. Unfortunately Shaun was just recently promoted to a new Store in Coral Springs. I broke down once in Orlando and there was a problem with something to do with the coil. I had no idea as to what was wrong so I called Tires plus and got Fred on the phone. He looked up the closest Tires plus to where I was which was less than 2 miles. He called the store and had them come get me with the tow company they used and then asked that manager to take good care of me. And they Did!!! When I got back to town I told Fred at how well I was treated and even he was impressed. Anyway Customer Loyalty has is rewards!!! Excellent customer service above and beyond. Yesterday my Church sister had a flat tire. A few people recommended tire plus. When she showed up she was said the staff was very rude. My church sister is Hatian and has limited English but she works hard and speaks with an accent. She said they agreed that the tire was in good shape and that a patch would suffice. She was charged $45 for the plug. A job that cost $10 at most. She was completely taken advantage of. I urge my Hatian community to avoid this location. My church is over 1000 members strong and we will be announcing Tire plus on our banned company list. read more

I just moved to Davie and needed new tires since I was commuting so much. The Tires Plus I went to Miami was great...and the service here is just the same! I was in and out. The technicians we very polite, they kept me updated on how much longer it would be. I wanted to upgrade tires and the staff was so helpful and didn't try to make my buy what I didn't want, nor did they try to upsell me on other services that I didn't need at the time. They even gave me a quote for when I have to replace the other two tires so that the price for me won't increase when I have to get them next month. Very condescending staff. I asked for full synthetic (after they tried to give me standard) and was given a lesson on what that is and why it is good. Did not realize my oil had leaked so they informed me that they could not do the oil change since there was apparently 0 oil in my car. I said okay that's fine and went to leave. I was told "I can tell you're embarrassed, it's okay... Just don't tell your daddy." I am an adult female and don't care to be spoken to in that way, so I'll be going else where. The best was when they said I had "0 oil" they brought my car around to the front and left it running. Time to find a shop in modern day times where women aren't spoken to like shit. read more

Horrible customer service! Counter guy in the front was not even wearing a uniform, I felt like I was at a resort in South Beach. Came in at 12pm to get my tire patched up before I finish work at 3pm and he quickly said your car will ready by 5pm complained about he was short staffed and everyone here is busy now. Patching a tire takes 5 hours? I had to leave and go somewhere else luckily I made it to Carmax and they were able to help me out. read more

Got a nail in my tire. Patch was done quickly and professionally. Manager Fred provided excellent customer service.

I made an appointement online, but I received no email confirmation as requested. The morning of the appointement, I called the shop. On the phone, the guy first did not find any mention about my coming. Lately, he founded a line... but no tires.. I had to change the model of tires. Right on time, at 12AM, I gave the keys of my pickup truck to change the four tiresr and make an oil change... The guy advised me that they'd need "a couple of hours" to have the job done. No worry, I went to the next Costco for some shopping. Back two hours later, they were changing the second rear tire.... I had to wait... wait.... and wait... Finally, I received back my truck's keys just before 5:00PM! FIVE HOURS OF WAITING to have four tires changes and a change of oil... I got a $50 EXCEPTIONNAL discount on the $950 final bill...I lost a full afternoon for that! I'll never recommand this shop to anyone. read more

I had to get four new tires and they were able to get me in and out while providing fantastic service. Although they gave me a great price on the lesser tires, I'm the one who ended up upgrading to better tires. They never try to push you into products or services you don't need. Normally at the other location i normally go to on pines does a full complimentary inspection of your car and lets you know if anything seems wrong, but not this location!! I have been going here for a few years, and I won't go anywhere else. Fred and Shawn are amazing. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and honest. My daughter and my husband go there as well now. There have been times that they have saved us money by telling us that what the dealer told us was wrong, really didn't need to be done, and fixed what the real problem was. One time, Shawn spotted a rotted out water pump on my daughters car, that was obviously previous to her purchasing it, and told her the dealer should be responsible for the repairs as the car was still under warranty. He was right! Saved her a LOT of money. I highly recommend them!! read more
