This was a 2 month old job with only 900 miles being driven on the Jeep. I called the proprietor and told them what happened, and the response I got was, I need your mileage/and job was done 2 months ago....nothing about the shop's workmanship at all, or are you OK? Luckily we lost the caliper assembly on flat ground (I-59) at a offramp going into a TA Truckshop and not on a mountain side. TA got us fixed up on Mechanics own time and the witnesses said, we was so lucky as they seen it fall apart behind us while loosing all brake fuild. This company is difficult to work with and will just send you to some kind of mechanics warranty company they have purchased that does not pay out full job cost you initially paid for. This could have been prevented if the bolts was tightened properly and re-inspected, workmanship like this kills people.

Gave Lakeside Tire a call at 4.45 PM one day, the next the tires were in and installed on 2 wheels an hour after dropping them off and they squeezed them in between jobs. Saved me so much time and trouble driving all the way up to Roanoke from Westlake. Great service and a great price. Definitely recommend if you need tires replacing whether you get them there or not.

It was very clear there was no attempt to up sell anything and the differences between the various tires I had an option of were spelled out very clearly. They not only did the service requested but added one additional item at no charge because the owner just thought it would be the best thing for the life of the tires. They also offer free life of the tires rotation at the appropriate interval if you have purchased the tires from them. To me honesty is the most important aspect but when it comes with excellent less expensive service that is pretty hard or impossible to beat.

I had A LOT of questions and they patiently answered them all and worked to make sure I was satisfied. I decided on a wheel and tire set for my 2018 F150 and also had them install my leveling kit. The day of my appointment I had to work in their office, they gave me their wifi password, I was planning on using my hotspot. They offered to let me use their car or drive me to go get lunch. When I left the shop I was still hearing a squeaking sound when applying my brakes I thought maybe it was because they were new. It went on for about 2 months so I had my husband to take it another local tire shop and they tell him my rotors are bad and my 2 front tires are wearing on the inside. The service guy said this had to of been obvious to whoever put my brakes on. This was the first time I had received bad service from Riverside, usually they provide excellent service but I don't think I will be going back to Riverside.

I called in to order tires and David gave up a sale by saying I could get them cheaper myself and then bring them in, honest advice which saved me money at his own expense. Once I brought the tires in to be mounted/balanced, he charged me $7.00 a tire for a mount/balance/new valve stem, which is less than half of what wal-mart charges. If you're in the Ferrum area, please give your business to this awesome local shop, it's cheap and it supports good honest people!

Well, let the nightmare begin. I get a call that my keys don't communicate with the vehicle, funny, I never had any problems and neither did the tow truck driver the day BEFORE I got this call. So they say they have to remove ONE BOX for it to work. I say ok your the PROFESSIONAL do what you think is supposed to be done to fix my car. Well, that leads to wires being cut, fuse box disconnected and left like that, 3 computers being deprogrammed, and I STILL have not gotten a diagnosis. Not to mention they tried to charge me for a diagnosis they NEVER did and charged me $80 to tow my vehicle from one lot to one right next to it. So thanks to this garage, my vehicle needs a $1600 wiring harness, 3 computers reprogrammed, and only God knows what else because this is where the new mechanic got before I had to tell him to stop because I now have to get rid of the vehicle in the state it is in because I can't afford repairs that this garage has caused on top of the problem they NEVER even diagnosed. I am now out a vehicle to get my kids around thanks to Auto Tech. Oh and when I came in to tell them what the initial problem with my motor was doing, the sounds it made and how it acted, the confused look on supposed to be experienced mechanics, should have been my sign to take my vehicle elsewhere. Just be cautious of sending your vehicle here, if I hadn't I'm almost certain I would have my car back by now, instead I'm out $5,000 for the car that we just bought in February, and time, and a way to get my kids where they need to go.
