Was super happy at first. Salesmen was awesome in finding me a quality used tire instead of buying…read morenew. Was told the job would take 30 minutes and ended up taking 2 hours to do 1 tire. My major problem was I asked over and over to make sure the tires in front had 60 psi and tires in back had 80 psi. What I got was a new front tire at 70 psi and they never even touched the 3 other tires even tho the tech and salesman said they did. It really is the small things that go a long way. Not sure why they would lie when I will find out in a few minutes of driving the truck.

They got to my location extremely fast after my accident and got it towed for me. They gave me all the time I needed to get my personal belongings out of my vehicle and constantly reassured me of surveillance and security on their property. They had a selection of cold beverages and snacks for me to choose from which was nice after being in an accident. They handled everything with my insurance so I didn't have to and just great people overall!

I called four other places and many of the other ones had a long wait time and were not very positive about fixing the tire. Albert was great and I got the tire plugged quickly and efficiently. They got me in super quickly to diagnose the truck, and had it repaired and ready to get back on the road by the next morning. Even checked and filled all the truck tires and camper tires for me. Could not recommend these folks enough, if I lived in VA I would use them for everything.
