We made an online appointment. We showed up on time for online appointment. It is my sisters birthday. Our tires need to be changed. They wasted our time. There's one guy at the counter. He's just chitchatting and making jokes with another customer and we can't get any help the whole time and a half an hour goes by and then he tells us that even though we made an online appointment they don't have any time for us until Friday. What a disaster this was! I called Monday to schedule an appointment as they are labeled a Goodyear installer. The guy I talked to was so nice but clearly didn't do what he promised. They didn't have the tires I needed (for 2 cars) so he was going to order them and get them the next day. He said he'd call if they weren't in. Here we are Wednesday afternoon for the appointment for two cars and they have no idea what we are even there for. They don't have my tire sizes written down nor do they have enough tires to do even just one car. Not to mention there were cars outside missing tires, not up on lifts... very odd and unwelcoming. We ended up canceling and leaving as the bad vibes were flying! Overall a disappointing experience as my husband and I both took the day off from work for this appointment. DAY ONE: I just got back from this amazing business. You know that old saying, "You cant' tell a book by its cover." Well, it's true for Tire Warehouse. When you first drive up and see this place, you aren't necessarily impressed. The bays where the craftsmen like Josh work - he's the one that fixed my flat tire - are outdoors! There's a roof overhead, but no sidewalls. That's the way it was done decades ago. All the fancy competitors have enclosed garages and work bays. But the employees at Tire Warehouse can brave the elements, if needed, to work on your car. The service, employee attitude and workmanship I received today was stellar. It reminded me of the service I used to get forty years ago from car repair businesses that really respected their customers. I took the time to tell the manager Mike that he should do whatever it takes to keep Josh on the payroll. Josh is a go-getter, he's a true professional and he went out of his way to tell me each step of the way what was happening with my flat tire. It's well worth it to do business here. While I was talking with the manager, another customer quipped, "The service is so good here I drive from Center Harbor." Now that's a drive! That tells you all you need to know. DAY TWO: After getting back from fixing the flat on my daughter's car yesterday, I decided to see if they could discover why my left rear tire on my Ford Super-Duty beast was leaking ever so slowly. I wasn't surprised. Matt, who I now call Mr. Balance, found a nasty drywall screw embedded in the tire. It looked suspiciously like the screws in my garage that are near where I park my truck. Grrrrrrrrr Once again, the service was great, all the employees were in a great mood, and Matt showed me his magical tire-balancing machine. Drove in with your appointment for a nail in my tire and they promptly got onto working on it. Everyone was friendly and I was out of there in 20 minutes couldn't be happier. This is twice in two years I've had a nail and they've taking quick action both times. While there I discussed I need new sensors in my tires and the price they quoted me installed was more than half of what the dealership wanted. Here we go.... Made an online appointment for Nov 15 at 2:30PM. I show up, leaving work early, to my confirmed appointment to be told appointments are not being honored (a phone call would have been nice!) - it is first come first serve.... with their back log would not be able to get me in, however they open at 7:30AM. 7:45AM November 16th my paperwork and keys are #11 in line on the counter... it will be a few hours... get a friend to pick me up and take me to work. Noon time rolls around, no call .... it is taking longer than expected .... 2PM ... still nothing .... 4PM ... okay they must have forgotten to call. I give them a call and was told it still wasn't done, but they are almost done clearing the bay and it would be the next up (first come first serve - it took them 8 hours to do the 10 cars in front of me?? :o).... should be ready around 5:30/5:45. I arrive at 5:25... my car is not in the bay ... does not have winter tires ... deep breath Scott .... you are here "early". 5:55PM rolls around, my car is still not in the bay... I am at the front desk... alone and fuming. 5:57PM a tire jockey comes in to grab the paperwork and keys.... but he was too late (probably not his fault). The decision was already made... I will never do business with Tire Warehouse and will definitely urge other consumers toward a different tire provider. read more

Set up an appointment online and received confirmation from the company and location specifically. Showed up for appointment and was told that all online appointments were suspended for the foreseeable future and that it was walk ins only first come first serve. Since I actually need my tires switched and can't just show up every day hoping to get them done while I wait for hours I will be going elsewhere. Last time I set up an appointment online I waited an hour and a half before they even started my car. I get that this is a busy time of year but if I took the time to make an appointment shouldn't those customers get taken first before others who didn't set up an appointment? read more

Tire Warehouse in Laconia NH is what this review is for. Friday 5/20 I had a scheduled appointment over lunch at12pm that I was on time for. After arriving desk manager had a hard time finding my appointment and order and tires purchased from Goodrich. After locating the tires the install took 1h 45 minutes because the team took lunch all together. Once I stated I needed to be a company meeting in 15 minutes to 2 pm then the work started. The first tech put the two front wheels on and lugs only with a couple of threads on each lug on both front tires. Manager brought out and installed the 2 rear tires. Not knowing the tech only finger screwed on the lugs a couple of threads almost dropped my onto the wheels. I warned him as I was sitting directly to the front. He stated they have a process on doing this and it wouldn't get missed. Then I repeated that these where not tight at all. He then used the impact wrench to do tighten one side. Then moved to the other side and again almost dropped full weight on the drivers side until I reminded him that these where not but finger screwed on and only a couple threads. He apologized and did a great job after that. I barely made it home as the Valve in the valve stem was malfunctioning and releasing air / gas. I called he apologized and I brought it back in on Saturday. The day manager for Saturday was a complete Jerk and blamed corrosion on the out side O.D. of the Valve for why the valve on the inside was leaking. He then tried to take other customers before finishing my tire, but fortunately the other customer stated work on my wheel first. He was not helpful until pushed a little. I worked at a tire specialty store when I was 18 and knew fully what the problem was he did not want to fix the true problem, he wanted to find a different issue rather than just listening a little. Oh, he made me late to my Job on Saturday as well because a 5 to 10 minute job took 40 minutes to complete. Sorry, but I would not recommend this place as they do not care at all about you or your time. read more

I've always been impressed with the friendly counter staff at TW. My last two visits were frustrating, and finding out today that I wasn't on the schedule for a tire change, prompted me to take my business elsewhere. Having my snow tires put on last fall was a two hour wait. Obviously they were busy with the hint of snow in the forecast. My TPMS light came on after my appointment. I brought my car back a couple days later to have the problem addressed. After what seemed to be taking a long time, I looked out to see all of my tires removed and was told they were changing my tires. My snows were just put on! As it turned out, I had a bad TPMS sensor. Another two hours wasted. I took my car to my mechanic and was told the sensor was destroyed. Literally smashed to bits. Perhaps a coincidence, but the light came on as soon as the snows went on. The repair was about $200. Fast forward to this Spring. Called May 8th. Hoping to get in the 12th. Understandably they were busy. I requested two weeks from the 12th to coincide with my day off. My spouse met me there with my tires. I was told I wasn't in the system. My day off was planned to get this done. Clearly I felt unimportant. They must have plenty of business. I was offered this coming Sunday at 3 pm. I opted to take my business elsewhere. Having to say my name multiple times only to be told I wasn't in the system didn't make me feel like a priority. Three strikes. I'm all set. I hope this was just a fluke. I won't be going back. The communication breakdown nailed it for me. I'm sure you'll be fine guys, but you lost my business. Prompt in store service. My only complaint is that now my tire air pressure sensors are not correct - with my experience I figure the valve must have slipped. I have called a few times, every time it is either busy or I end up on hold for longer than 10 minutes because they are with an in store customer. Great service for them I guess but it would be nice to be able to talk to someone; or have the option to leave a message so they can return my call at their soonest convenience. read more

I was told that I did not need an alignment before I bought tires from these guys. 11,000 miles later the tread on my rear tires looked liked they had been through war (obvious alignment issue). These guys took absolutely no responsibility and basically called me a liar. I will never go back here for anything, and would highly recommend that nobody esle did as well read more

Mike is a great manager! I recently went in for a routine repair, but unfortunately the tech working on my car made an error, which I realized after getting a few miles away from the shop. Took it back, and the same thing happened again. Took it back a third time, obviously a bit frustrated since this was taking a long time. This time, the manager Mike took things into his own hands. Long story short: Even though I was there far longer than I should have been, Mike did exactly what he needed to do in order to make things right and make sure I was happy. He was friendly, courteous, in control, and gave excellent service. He did what he could to make up for my lost time and even gave a credit for my next visit. Mistakes will happen, and the strength of a local business often depends on how well management handles the crisis. Mike passed the test with flying colors. In taking to him, he told me he has been with the company for 15 years, and I can see why Tire Warehouse is keeping him on board. More shops need managers like Mike. Thanks! read more
