I researched what kind of tire I wanted to replace my aging tires on my 2010 Subaru Outback. I decided on the General Altimax RT43 due to great reviews and price. Everywhere online said it would take 5-7 days to get the tire to their big, retail stores because they were out of stock, so I started calling smaller companies like Tire Source. To my delight, Tire Source had the tire in stock. Yesterday, Amber gave me a quote for everything and it was higher than some bigger stores, so I asked if they would price match. She asked what price for the tire and I told her. She checked and 5 seconds later said they would match. Total price, including lifetime balance and rotation, was as good as the big stores, but I didn't have to wait over a week (we have a long road trip in a few days). Today, Chad honored the price Amber gave me when I called and set up installation for near the end of the day today. Tires were expertly installed in 50 minutes and they ride nicely. Great service and good people. I talked with a couple service people about tires and they were very knowledgeable (they echoed what I knew from my research). The only place that I will let touch my truck or my families cars, if you have not visited this location you are missing out ! The salesmen and salesladies are well versed in their products and the mechanics do a great job, facility is very clean and they have a nice waiting area with free water and coffee and big screen TV. If I choose not to wait, they offer to give me a ride home , even offer to come get me when the job is complete. You can sense the professionalism when you walk in the door. I took my vehicle in for balance issues. It took a few appointments to diagnose the problem but they worked with me to get it solved. I purchased used wheels from the same vehicle make but the wheels were stud centric and my newer vehicle uses hub centric wheels. We ended up using the original wheels and I found some hub centric rings for the older wheels that will be utilized for the snow tires next year. read more
