The next day i called in the morning and was told they would get to it in the afternoon and would give me a call before they started, afternoon comes around and i end up calling again, low and behold they still haven't looked at it but told me they were gearing up to bring it in and run diagnostics. Was told they would call me back when they finished that. I didn't get a call back, and before I realized it they were closed so I left a a message about how upset I was about it. Never got a call back had to call them again the next day they were open and then told me that the main guy wasn't in and they would have him give me a call, he didn't call and when I tried to call later no one was answering. I WENT IN TO TALK TO THEM AND THEY ENDED UP TELLING ME IT WOULD BE WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD LOOK AT IT. I promptly took my car keys back after that.This has been the worst experience I've had with a mechanic, highly suggest taking your business else where. Ps. When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! I won't list what we were charged, but it was incredibly reasonable. We would not call any other place after this experience. Aaliby has our business for life. Highly recommend!!!

A year later I was back to get brakes done again, they claimed to have gotten a bad batch of rotors. A year later I was back to get a caliper replaced, the same one that they supposedly replaced before. They tried to claim it wasn't anything they did or didn't do and stated they don't know where the parts come from or what quality they are. They did eventually agree to replace the bad caliper but said they would not do any more work on my vehicles. A couple weeks later, as I was driving down the interstate the caliper came loose. Thankfully the bolt that came out completely was the top and not the bottom, that saved me from having a wheel lock up. Chung Brothers recommended that I continue driving down the interstate and tried to avoid responsibility. They did pay for another shop to work on the brakes after I threatened to take them to court if they refused. I just did work on my front wheels and found additional things missing from the brakes that reduced the lifespan but thankfully were not critical to safety. DO NOT GO TO CHUNG BROTHERS. AVOID THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, IT MAY.

I had Toyota tell me I needed $1200 of work for my head gasket, but I scheduled it with him and he called me to say I didn't need the work done at all--saying a car the age of mine just has some oil leaking but it was minor. I had the car another 8 years, and the only thing ever needing replacing was the starter which James did. I hope he never retires, I can't imagine trusting anyone else working on my car as much as I trust him. I know that if he says I need something done, I need it. On top of that, his prices are always very fair.

We finally got our BMW back after 7 months and now have more things wrong that weren't before we took it in. We were quoted ~$2900 for a new motor and ended up paying $2200 of that out of our pocket. It took filing a civil suit for him to be done with our vehicle leaving us with concern and question as this is not the sound bodied vehicle we dropped off. My husband is 100% disabled and the additional stress of all of this has caused emence problems with is PSD. Their communication was less than piss poor.
