I made an appointment for 11:15. Arrived at 11:00. Waited in line for over 5min. By the time I was helped. Worker checked my vehicle and informed me it would be over a 2hr. Wait time. This is for a Rotation and balance. Tires were purchased at Discount Tires. This is unacceptable for an appointment. When I talked with assistant manager Steve, his excuse was they schedule two appointments every 15 minutes and then get backed up. I'm not sure how that works. They really need to figure out their times on how long it takes them to rotate and balance a set of tires and plug that into appointment times. A customer doesn't want to make appointments and wait 2hrs to have a 20 minute job done! This is all unacceptable for a company like Discount Tire. The excuse that was given by the manager Steve was vague, lame and unworthy of any company running a business. read more

I was in and out with 4 new tires, including a few hiccups during installation to no fault of Discount Tire, in less than 45 mins! Jacob met me in the parking lot and got me checked in, then Joshua kept me updated on a few problems they were having with a valve stem and a balance issue. How did that happen? Historically we have purchased tires from Costco; however, circumstances led us on separate occasions to Discount Tire for flat repair, rotation, and other tire issues. Each time, we received fantastic service, sometimes at no cost even though we hadn't originally purchased the tires there. Treat them right, and I believe they will treat you right. read more

So I called them and told them what the issue was in the process the manager was snotty and kept telling me over and over that it wasn't them. If it wasn't them tell me how you brake a CV boot within a day when all he does is go to work and come home? I had called a week in advance pretty much, 6 days before hand to be exact, and rolled by abt 3:14 pm on Wednesday September 18, 2024 and I'm only 20 and young looking so they thought they could probably scam me but my dads a mechanic who's busy so he said stop by these guys to get my flat repaired said the damage was in the non repairable zone low and behold I get home and look at the tire myself and find the nail in the left most inner tread abt a half inch in from the non repairable zone so if you want complete amateurs repairing your tires this is the place for you btw they said I could get a new tire for mere 210$ dollars the fact I scheduled a week in advanced and they still couldn't do a simple 15 min job is pathetic service and value from a tire repair company read more

Had purchased a new to me vehicle from a dealership in Utah. On the drive home there was a definitive shimmy between 40 and 60 mph. It was an early zero dark thirty trip home so I couldn't go back to the dealership. Made an appointment with this store as soon as I made it home. Explained the issue, they had my vehicle in on time, despite being short handed. The tech who worked on it walked me out to explain what the issue was. Turned out to be a balance and weights issue (simple fix). They didn't charge me, just asked me to throw them my future business. That floored the heck out of me. The guys are polite, professional and damn MT friendly. Really appreciate such great customer service. Will gladly recommend and throw them my business. Worth the hour trip for this kind of service. Had a new set of 4 tires put on the staff was very professional and nice. My order was placed by my sister as a xmas present from las Vegas she made an appointment for me by phone when i arrived therecwas quite a long line waited about 30 minutes the guy told me he had talked to my sister and everything was set up this was around 2 pm or a litte after. I thought with the appointment i would get right in but I had to wait until after 5 pm before they took my car in it was close to 6 pm before they finished. When i asked for the Warrenty papers was told sense they were ordered in LV from their sister company their warrenty was different. And id have to get them to send the papers. That was disappointing to say the least. It was also cold inside and you would think they'd have at least some coffee but no..would have been nice to have something warm to drink in over 3 1/2 hours of waiting. However the staff was very nice no complaints there. Would I recommend this company yes...but would make sure you get a decent time to get in. read more

Recently I visited the Discount tire on King Ave. Billings =,MT. I own a Mustang GT. I spent close to $3000 on tires and Rims. One of the tires had to be replaced. I am in my 60s and it is hard to get on my knees. During the visit I asked the tire technician if he could wipe the inside of the rim out? He informed me that Discount tire was not a detail shop. At the beginning of the work I explained that the car was stored for the winter and asked if the tech could check the pressure on all four tires. I was told that it was a policy that the pressure is checked on all tires before a vehicle leaves. I watched as they serviced my vehicle. no one checked the pressure on the tires. I left a review on there website saying what you just read and they removed my review. read more

This is a very professional operation! The crew is all dressed very nicely and their attitude matches their work attire! Had the low tire light on. They discovered a screw in a tire and fixed it very quickly! I asked what I owed and the answer was nothing!
