I always take my SUV in here for oil changes and they do great. I didnt even know they did AC work but i asked jokingly, and they do! I took it in to have them check my AC. Nobody had been able to find the problem. They persisted until it finally showed its ugly head. These guys went above and beyond to fix it right. My husband had to go back 3 days later because they put the wrong size tire on as well! So not only did they halfass the work on Tuesday and I had to turn around on my way home to go back so they could complete the job, but they didn't even put on the right size tire! I understand "Mavis" a brand new company bought out Tire Kingdom, but it's the same old same old. Staff was friendly but there was no sense of urgency. It took roughly 1 1/2 hrs to replace 1 tire. I purchased a single tire from here in the first week of May, 2024 due to running over a screwdriver ,on the other side of town from this shop. Six weeks later, I had to have some work on my car and the mechanic noticed I had a "bubble" on the tire I purchased from Tire Kingdom. I drove back to Tire Kingdom and explained the problem with the tire to the manager. He explained that there was nothing they could do about the defective tire because I didn't purchase some ( not mentioned at time of sale) warranty!?!? When I explained I was never told about this requirement, and there is nothing on the receipt , he stated the manager that sold me the tire was no longer employed there and he could do nothing. I went there they told me it would be an hour and a half to two hours I came back at 2 hours my vehicle had not moved and they told me that it would be an hour and a half two hours after they start it and that they would call me when it was done. I broke down in Palatka early one Saturday morning on my way home to Pensacola. I called Tire King and explained my problem with the car making a grinding noise when turning and swaying back and forth as I headed down the road. The manager told me to bring it to him and he would look at it. They put it up on a lift and then told me that they could not fix it and that I had to take it to the dealer. I just knew I was going to be charged one hour labor for 3 minutes of work. I was told there wasn't any charge because we can't fix the problem, I was handed my keys and the manager said no charge.
