After having a horrible experience at the Palatka location, I went to this location to get the new tire repaired that the other Tire Kingdom had just put on due to ending up with another screw in the tire. This location was very clean and accommodating. They had a great staff, vending machine, Direct tv to watch, a large waiting area with plenty of seating, the bathroom was very nice and it did not take long at all. This business took advantage of an urgent situation and scammed me out of $1,000. I was far from my regular mechanic, so I brought my car in to have the rear brakes replaced. After they completed the job and I started driving, the brakes didn't work properly. I returned, and they said they would let the brakes bleed overnight. Instead, they replaced the front brakes without my consent, charging me an additional $500. Despite this, the brakes still didn't work. When I took the car to my regular mechanic, all he had to do was bleed the brakes, which Tire Kingdom had claimed they would do but never actually did. read more

I showed up on a Sunday as a walk-in. The store was busy and appeared to be understaffed. Joseph didn't hesitate and could have easily turned me away. Instead, he said sure we can squeeze you in and personally worked on my tires between scheduled appointments. It wasn't until later that I found out that he was the manager on duty. I came here to get an alignment on my pick up truck. The alignment cost $89.99 which is on the high side but they were one of the only places open on a Sunday. So I figured I will give them a try. I made an appointment on line thinking it will make the process faster but that wasn't the case. When I went to drop off my truck I asked if they had military discount and they said no. Because I needed an alignment so I decided to stay. There was a lady and a young man paying for tires next to me. The manager (Billy) told her the price which was extremely high. The lady who apparently did not have the money and didn't speak very good English had to call someone to see if she can borrow the money. The manager (Billy) offered the lady to sign up for a credit card to pay for the tires and even told her that she will be receiving a rebate. The lady looked confused and didn't know what to do. I explained to the lady in Spanish that she will be paying more money due to interest and and the rebate will be coming via mail. I also told her that if money is an issue she could go to Walmart or Sun Tire to receive a better deal. The lady looked flustered and signed for the credit card. Later as I was waiting for my truck to be finished the manager (Billy) approached me and told me "don't tell his customers to go to other businesses" he also said, " this is his business". I explained to Billy the I can say what ever I want especially if I am a paying customer not to mention that I was a paying customer. I had to tell him to get away from me! I can't believe this manager. He knew that the lady didn't have the money and didn't speak good English. The manager Billy took full advantage of this lady just to make buck! Wow, what a disgrace! Not only will the lady have to pay for the overpriced tires but now she will be paying interest and wait months to get a rebate. That's not even as bad as how he treated me. The manifest is a Bully! Made an appointment for first thing Saturday morning which was 8 am. We needed new tires, alignment. We were quoted a reasonable price so we decided to move forward. The morning of the appointment, We were addressed that the tires were not in stock, they had called the night before to inform us and said that no one answer, which was all fine, we went with the other set of tires. My problem was the fact that no one disclosed to us that with the alignment, there was an additional $20 per tire fee. When I had called the store and asked to speak with the manager, she was very rude. She was gaslighting me and then started to say she was confused on what I was trying to say and continued to explain to me the difference like I didn't already know as if I was stupid. I told her all I wanted to know was why it it couldn't have been addressed and what she can do to fix it as she is the manager. She then got uglier with me and gave me her district managers number and basically told me to have him handle it. I contacted him and am waiting to hear back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Everything started out great until I had to wait over a hour to get one tire changed, when my phone died abt the hour mark, I went up to the counter to find the man who was helping me, sleeping(possibly resting?) I stood up at the counter tapping my nails for at around 20 minutes before I even saw anyone touch my car(that was already done they just needed to make sure my lugs were spec) I guess they put the new guy on my car because when I said something the guy checking me out said "I'm not allowed to yell at him he's new" like?? It took 1 1/2 hrs to change one tire, not even put a patch on it. I'm pissed to say the least. Have been using this location to fix all my cars since 2005. My mistake did it for convenience I guess. Against my wife's suggestions Have spent thousands over the years I only buy the best parts with the best warranty so if any issues arrive there covered I guess lifetime warranty doesn't mean lifetime I paid 1000 for front brakes on my 2500 truck They had to be replaced 3 times in a year they kept wearing out they would not replace them again I paid a lot of money for that lifetime warranty the truck has disc fronts and drum rears When I first took the truck there they inspected them stated fronts were bad rear was good I had to take it somewhere else and get brakes done they found out why the fronts kept wearing out The back brakes were adjusted all they way down and not making contact they still looked brand new So the whole time the truck was only using front brakes I do not recommend the Middleburg location their management staff sell you things that are not needed and they won't stand behind what they do sell There not honest. I came in here knowing I had low air in my tire. I was sure because I went to another tire store and they told me... I told the guys I was positive it was the same company. They put my car up on the rack within 10 minutes of arriving... come to find out this tire has been patched a few times and I needed a replacement. At this time I realized I was earlier at discount tire. These guys at this location (Tire Kingdom) didn't seem frustrated or upset that they did this work for me and then I'm taking it to discount (I have a warranty on this tire with discount) Bryce at the front was a nice guy and understanding and Alex who worked on my car was very nice and didn't seem at all irritated about taking off and putting back on my tire. Total rip off. My friend got charged $56 for an oil change. I called them to get a quote for the same kind of oil and they said it was on special today for $10 less. Then when we showed up to ask about it, the guy at the counter said the deal was depending on "who you got at the counter"! WHAT?!?? Then they didn't even reset the oil mileage light and didn't put a new sticker in the car. I guess I forgot to mention that it took 5 hours and they said it was "good for how busy they were". I had an issue with Tires I had purchased elsewhere for my 2500HD and consulted Russ about the problem. He explained fully what was going on and how to remedy it. It was a common problem with that particular BFG tire. He went on to inform me that Michelin (they own BFG)was doing everything to fix it, and gave me the number to call and get help. I made the call and started a claim. I was told I could take it back to the original tire installer or any place that handles Michelin. The way I was treated by Russ and his staff I decided that's a no-brainer! I called and made an appointment. Dropped the truck off, it was done on time. They even fixed the tire monitor light for me. My family has gone to this location several times and was alright for very minor issues but would highly recommend going somewhere else for anything significant. Their estimates for identical work vary ...depends on who answers the phone. Labor costs alone are approx $70 per hour and they charged $525.00 for spark plugs, oil change and tune-up and didn't even remember to do the oil change (had to go back next day) and I, after 2 trops, still had to fill some fluids myself. Thet also tried to tell my husband significant other repairs were necessary (2 later mechanics disagreed). People are extremely courteous but that doesn't equal good, honest work. read more

If you schedule an appointment for a specific service that the business can't complete, the business should tell you that instead of scheduling the appointment. It's literally just common sense. My car has an oil leak and they said it was low on oil so they would not even touch it Could Not even get them to top off the oil. Customer service is something this store doesn't care about.
