    My brake rotors were WORN... Tire kingdom said nothing was wrong with my vehicle.

    I was experiencing some issues with my vehicle which appeared to be the brakes. I left it over night to have a full diagnostic completed the next morning. When they called me I was informed nothing was wrong with my car. Talked to the Mgr Mario when I went to get my car to verify it was ok. He proceeded to tell me my brake rotors were wearing out. I immediately asked him why was I told "nothing was wrong with my vehicle"... his response-NOTHING!! I am extremely disappointed with this location. I am a single female who relies on the use of one vehicle. I was sent away with the possibility of something being wrong which didn't get fixed. The manager wasn't apologetic or even helpful to be honest. Needless to say I went an entire 24hrs without my vehicle which was an inconvenience but I wanted to ensure my safety. Apparently this Tire Kingdom doesn't care whatsoever!! I will not be using the location EVER AGAIN!!

    Had to buy a new tire just to get home. Nobody stocks a 295/25/22 Pirelli. I had to order a 3rd tire due to Tire Kingdoms stupidity.

    THE WORST EVER - SERVICE & DAMAGE..... I brought my new BMW 750i to this shop to mount 4 new tires on the 4 brand new wheels I just purchased. I asked if they would put plastic over the seats to protect the new white leather. The manager handed me a seat cover and floor liner to put in the car myself, which was odd as a customer. I dropped the wheels off at 3:00pm and explained to the manager Robby, they are VERY expensive custom built wheels & staggered fitment (different tire size from front to rear), so please be careful. Robby says "No problem", we will call you shortly when it's finished. This is a 30-40 min job at most shops. So we went shopping close by, ate dinner, did more shopping. By 7:00pm closing time, still no call. I went back and they had 1 tire on 1 wheel after working at it for 4 hours straight but couldn't get air in it. They apologized and explained that the lead tech will be in tomorrow and they will get right on it first thing in the morning. So at 12:30 the following day, I get a call from the "lead tech" Kevin. He informed me they were able to get Air in tire 1, but no one told him they were staggered wheels and they put the front tire on the rear wheel and the rear tire on the front wheel. I replied "Kevin with all due respect, it's blatantly obvious that 2 of the wheels and tires are 4" wider than the other 2. Checking fitment is an obvious first step in your job". They never got the 4th tire on. I told them to stop there don't touch another wheel. I picked them all up and took them to Cruisin Gold. They had dismounted the mistakes and remounted all 4 tires in less than 30min. I drove 500ft down the road and got a flat tire. This is the 1 tire they fought with for 6 hours, and the only tire they got air in. After taking the tire off the wheel, they found large chunks of the tire bead broke off by Tire Kingdom trying to put the tire on. So, to get home I had to buy another tire they had stocked, and since it was a mismatch brand and size, had to reorder another Pirelli. This was an additional $600 worth of tires they cost me, not including mount and balance 2 more times. I took the damaged tire back to Tire Kingdom to show them, and again no Robby. I explained everything to Kevin and he assured me Robby would call me tomorrow. Of course, Robby never called, clearly they could care less how they damaged my property cost me money due to their incompetence, they least you could do is apologize. So if your thinnking about going here, think again. I wish I would have seen all of their "Terrible" reviews before going there myself. Goto Cruisin Gold if you have high dollar equipment to service, if you need basic tire needs try Discount Tire right down the street.

    I went back today simply out of convenience and was met with the absolute worst experience I've ever experienced of any customer service situation I've ever dealt. I was told to expect a wait of about 60 minutes and after about 90 I went in my car wasn't ready despite them being closed. Close to 2 hours I witnessed someone squealing the tires of my vehicle around the parking lot to which I only assumed was them resetting my tire pressure system. I checked out and notice that my spare tire was nowhere to be found so I advise them and 2 minutes later I heard the back door open saw my spare tire rolling down the sidewalk and then saw the technician who was working on my car jogged to his car and drive off. I knocked on the door to let the people inside know of the situation and their resolution was for me to come back tomorrow for them to resolve it. I got home and what do you know my rim is scratched and there's a chunk missing out of it. I suspected this might happen given how delicate they are so I took a picture of them beforehand as recommended. I got home and parked in my garage went inside came back out in the tires once again flat. The very tired that they repaired lasted less than an hour. I went back the next day at 10am and was greeted by the same 2 people. they brought my car right back, acknowledged the damage to the rim and said they'd get me the information of the district manager (whom I've learned from searching the internet is Zackary Bassem) but was later told their is no longer a store manager and they are notnallowed to give out "Zaks" phone number but can only provide me the 1800 corporate number. on the way home the tire wobbles and shakes which surely is because it was not rebalanced. which thentech came out and outrigjtntold me it hadn't been because he made sure it was placed back at the same position on the rim. what kind of leader hides behind a front desk employee and won't reach out or allow customers to reach out directly to them? this will be continued to be spread on yelp and Google, etc. until resolved....

    Dropped off our Chevy to get an oil change, I did ask at that time if they noticed anything with…read morethe steering or feedback as we described it, I was told all tests came back fine there was an obvious sound when turning the car while driving , which leads to me that they did not drive it. tech finally drove the car and heard the sound, he immediately called me up and said our struts were bad, ok sounds like a reasonable cause for the sounds, I went ahead and spent the $1,400 to get it fixed, tech said it was a brand-new car, 100% better and rode perfectly- I drove it- sounds and feel were still there, I took it back, let them know if was not fixed at all. The next day I called to see what was going on and the tech said- and I quote- "guess we were wrong it was not the struts" it was the rear end, I was told it was going to cost and additional $1100 on top of the $1400 we just spent. I feel Gattos guessed on what was wrong, no clue, just hoped it worked. I feel like no one really cared about what was wrong with my car, this was evident when i asked why the rear end was not checked, i was told because I didn't tell them it was the rear end that i said sound was coming from the front, so they fixed something in hopes it was the issue, without really trying to find out what the issues was. If they drove the car before "fixing" the car they would have heard the sound and as " professionals" been able to maybe guess a little better on what was wrong. we were taken advantage of, plus it took almost 2 weeks without my car which I was not told about, huge strain on my family/job not having a car, I let them know my frustrations and all i got was well we didn't know what was wrong, so we fixed what we thought was the issue. I am beyond furious. textbook example of BAD business, there team made a mistake and misdiagnosed the issues, why am I the customer taking the blunt of GATTOS mistakes, they admitted they thought it was the struts and clearly it was not, bad business. after multiple calls they "discounted" the second charge to $850 and made it sound like I was ripping them off. finally got my car back- the sound is gone but I have multiple warning lights, car struggles turn over and has issues accelerating. all which didn't happen before I took it to Gattos.

We usually go to Tuffy's but they were busy and we couldn't wait. BIG MISTAKE. They fixed the issue, we paid $1300, and if we went. Less than 24 hours later, my wife was driving with the children and the engine died. She was able to make it to the side of the road, and was trying to get it restarted when a passing car stopped and told her to get out immediately because there was gasoline pouring out the bottom of the car. Not a few drips, pouring out. Long story short, the mechanic admitted that he messed up and forgot something when fixing it the prior day. Barely an apology out of the bunch. Stay for away for your own safety!
