Charles D. the Service Manager has assisted me on both occasions and has been helpful, fast, and efficient. I forgot all about the services that came along with my previous tire purchase, however Charles pulled up my service history and I was able to utilize those services as well which was a PLUS PLUS for me! I dropped my truck off at 325pm on Friday and they said give them no more than 2 hours and they will let me know what they find. They never called. The next morning I called and they told me the mechanic left at the time I dropped of my car and they will look at it now. (Lies) The told me I need a new alternator and battery as the bad alternator killed the battery. $1200 for the alternator itself and I immediately said No your nuts and he dropped it to $800 without hesitation as he knew he was trying to rip me off. After changing the crank shaft sensor, I was told I also needed a Mass air sensor which was $69.99 + 0.5 hr of labor which increased my billed by $182 so I asked if their posted labor rate of $149/hr was incorrect. He apologized and lowered the price. (Trying to scam as they read the price generated by a computer) I came to pick up my truck, but there was another problem, and they were waiting on a part. At, 1:14pm delivery of crazy glue arrived, which was the part they needed to finish changing my Mass Air sensor. So they broke something and glued it back together instead of properly replacing the part they broke. When I was checking out I asked what part were we waiting on and they fumbled and said some top sensor cover, which I responded with the only thing I've seen get delivered was crazy glue. Deer in headlights. Then responded yes but we needed that too as part of your intake was cracked. I asked then why wouldn't you quote me to fix it, unless you broke it and was going to glue it back together without saying anything? Crickets. I headed towards the door when one of them said, "and by the way, it was Gorilla glue not crazy glue." I responded, thanks for that and Ill be sure to put that in my review. He mumbled, "f___ off" As far as the alternator and battery, I went to Autozone and had my battery tested, and they said it looks good and there is no need to change it. everything started off great... needed a new alternator, fixed within a few hours. we came to pick up the car and drove 2 blocks home, getting out of the car we noticed a huge slash on the side of the tire that we had just purchased a week prior. we drove back immediately to show them and express the concern, the manager stated "it wasn't them" and they cannot do anything about it. we just spent $1050 total on this repair, and they couldn't do anything???? now again, we are out a vehicle and have to buy ANOTHER tire. they called us and offered to refund $50 on the card. Total disappointment with this shop,They are called tire kingdom for a reason! They should stick to Tires ONLY! any other major repairs i guarantee you have to bring it back in for a fix, I purchased the " Lifetime" brakes at then end of 2018 only having to return the car every month since i purchased the brakes with them, I continued to bring them the car as the clank noise got louder, which i could expect when the pads have worn down from day to day driving, because the pad(s) are worn down, it cause more space in between the pads and rotors, hence why the noise was louder over the months, Now the mechanic will do his routine take it out for a ride, obviously hearing the noise because once he is back it goes right into a bay to be lifted, tires come off, a push and pull on the rotor/caliber and says nothing is loose, i asked multiple times to remove the caliber verify the brake pads are correctly installed, mechanic continues to tell you nothing is wrong with you're brakes even though you have this clanking noise and he tried to push it off on the suspension of a 2014 car with under 100,000 miles. I've even brought it to my dealership and paid $130.00 for a diagnostic/full inspection only to verify the problem the brake pads, which now my dealership will not touch the brakes unless its fixed tire kingdom because the dealership does not want to be responsible for any other mechanics work. The checked my tires and found other nails in my tires! They repaired them DIDN'T charge me an arm and a leg and were so, so sweet about it. They made my week! Came here a week ago, i was hoping to get a oil change and tire rotation. I was puzzled why the place was so empty Friday late morning... when I walked up and spoke to one gentleman about pricing, he told me around $79.99. I then asked him "$79.99? What happened to the $19.99 oil change and rotation?" He responded "that's only with a coupon. I ended up walking out and decided I won't come here again.... fast forward to today. I was just leaving a funeral parlor after making arrangements for my brother. When my tire light came on. As you can imagine this is the worst time to have an issue with all the arrangements that needed to be made. I stopped at this Tire Kingdom and CJ Davidson the Service Manager came out to find a screw in my tire. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed so I asked him please to put the spare tire on the car because I just didn't have time to wait to put on new tires at that particular moment. Less than one star... where's that rating? This place is not where anyone should bring their vehicle to even have the air freshener changed. I went in for a simple oil change and left with a damaged vehicle. After watching the attendant take 20 minutes just to adjust my truck on the rack to lift it just to see it slip to one side and watch him put it down, notice the rack was broken and put it on another rack only to see the damage the first rack did. I pointed it out and the attendant immediately denied any wrong doing.. I was watching the whole time. I got the guy who claimed to be the manager. He came out and explained to me that that happens to all the vehicles he works on.??? If I'd go into the parking lot with him he would show me??? He then boasted something about working on cars his whole life then headed for my truck with a ball peen hammer and a pair of vice grips.. are you kidding me??? Loved these guys very professional and excellent customer service... The store itself was small but very pleasant ambience.

I called this tire kingdom one morning to see if they could change the oil in less than half an hour, as I only had half an hour to spare. The gentleman on the phone said "Can you come right now? We'll get it done quickly!". As my job is pretty close, I rushed over there and I was pleasantly surprised by the commitment by this gentleman to have me out of there in time! As soon as I walked in he asked me if I was the lady that had called a couple of minutes ago, as soon as I said yes, he had one of the mechanics take my key and get to work on my car right away. He went ahead and introduced himself and told me not to worry, that whenever I was in rush to just call him and let him know. He was super nice and very attentive. My car was done in about 15-20 minutes and the service was spectacular. I will definitely be coming here every 3,000 miles! This is my go-to place for oil changes. The staff is extremely friendly, and the service doesn't take too long (I'm usually in and out in about an hour). They also send coupons through the mail, so I pay about $20 for oil and filter change with tire rotation. Go early in the morning for the shortest wait. They are open early on Sundays too. read more

Today i went to try to find out if i could do it like i use to and the manager Boso, who think owns the store, jump into the conversation with the guy i was dealing with in a very rude way to tell me they don't do that and they have never done it before. Very sad to see someone think he's better than anyone just because he's the manager. Just hope no one else get this type of service again, i reported him to Corporate. WORTH READING IF YOU WANT TO COME HERE !! : I think all these good reviews are fake cause this place literally f**king sucks. Went for an oil change where the manager John (the bald white guy with the bad attitude) told us to leave it there it should be ready within an hour. First off an oil change takes 20 min but these dum*fu*ks can't even do that. After 6 hrs I show up cause nobody had contacted me, MY CAR WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Nobody could tell me where to find my car and this loud and annoying curly haired Dominican lady treated me and my dad like sh*t. Put some guy on the phone who kept screaming (turns out he's a lil bch lol) anyway this homeless looking guy shows up w my car (Luis Diaz) after 30 min my car was BROKEN and crashed in the back and the engine all fxked up. So much happened at this place and now me and my family are filing a huge lawsuit against them. I have all the paperwork I NEVER signed meaning to the law they stole my car ;) broke it entirely oh and I'm 8 months pregnant! The Manager, John Chaves, was flat out awesome! We just purchased a boat/trailer in need of new tires and brake lights and the list goes on and we didn't know the area. John got us scheduled in at a great price and here is where he went over and above great service. The trailer lights weren't working, so John told me where to get some lights and hardware and he replaced my old ones and got everything working while his crew was changing my tires. Even without a reservation, we were back on the road in a couple of hours. I am not sure we would have made it only a few more miles on those tires + avoid getting pulled over for faulty brake lights.
