Syst. We made it 3 miles and the mini van died. He came and picked us up and had the van towed. He called the parts store set up the repair that the parts store paid for and it would take 2 days to do the repair he gave us a ride home and picked us up when it was done. Later when we need a new vehicle. We went to Joe. He hadwhat we needed and we bought it. He took care of that veh. For two years. When we wanted a pick up he had none so when we found one we took it to him to check it out. We have had very little problems with the truck and he does all the work on it. The veh. We bought from him is the one that my daughter is driving now for 2 yrs. Overall I would say if you want a place that takes great care of your veh. Ànd great care of you the customer. Go here.

    This morning my wife and her girlfriends were getting ready to leave homassa after 3 days of fun…read moreand scalloping. The Yukon they were driving ran and then would not start. Suspecting a dead battery the went to the auto parts store and bought a replacement battery. Motor would now crank but not start. I called my local mechanic in Sarasota for some troubleshooting trips, which none prevailed. Now they need towed and need a repair facility. I have never been to Homassa and they had not either. So like most I got on the internet for repair shops. The first on the list was All American Auto Service, Inc. And the only one with a website of their own. The site listed the owners name so I called and he answered. I explained to him that the truck wouldn't start and the ladies needed to drive back today if possible. Immediately he said have it towed here, I will make sure I have a technician ready to get to work on it. Service, yes sir, I am in the service business and that grabbed me. Tow truck picks up truck, delivers to All American Auto Service, Inc and within a very short time my wife calls, truck needs fuel pump. They will be getting the part and it could take up to 4 hours to get it installed. Now it even gets better. 4 ladies standing in the heat at an automotive repair facility for 4 hours? don't think so. So what occurs, Mr. Hitts gives them a vehicle so they could go do something besides setting there. Wow!! That's way beyond the call of duty. My wife just sent me a message that they are at a local establishment speaking to staff and patrons and the message reads " We are sitting in xxxxxx and you will be glad to know you picked the best mechanic in town". Mr Hitts and your staff, Thank you for your service.

    1 star becuase you can't give 0…read more While the Service Staff at this location may seem nice and respectful when they want your money, the exact opposite is true after they have it. Earlier this morning, I overheard the most disgusting conversation inside the service desk check-in area. There was a gentleman asking for the name of a customer, to which he recieved the answer: " Hey, does anyone know what Ree-Rees name is? ". everyone started laughing and some of the employees started mocking the way the lady talked and started talking about how the car "smelled like shit". One employee specifically stood out to me though, the young man who asked for the customers name in the first place, he was clearly not amused and when he saw me out of the corner of his eye he acknowledged my presence, shook his head in disappointment and opened the door for me out my way out. It just so happens that the woman the service staff was talking about has bought multiple After hearing this bizarre interaction I went to the waiting room and struck up a conversation with the customer myself. It just so happens that this woman has multiple vehicles, the one she brought in today was bought at this location and she was proud to say that she gets all her service done here. Not to mention she recently had a stress induced stroke and has a mentally challenged child. I highly recommended she take her business elsewhere from now on as will I. the Service Manager at this location should be embarrassed, I can see why this overpriced dealership has 3.1 stars. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
