I had a bad experience at the shop on Feb 17,2026 I stop by the shop to get a simple tire sensor…read morefor my back tire they fixed the flat and added a sensor, the problem was when they put the sensor on the mechanic could not get the tire symbol off my dashboard so I ask him not to try anymore because I said to myself if he can not get it off and keep trying he's going to mess up something and as soon as I went to work that evening I started my car on one of my breaks I had three more symbols lightning up on the dash board and they were lights for my breaking system so right now the lights are still on because am scared to let a different mechanic mess with it but I'm going to take it back to Chicago to let my regular mechanic fix it and by the way I received a text from them saying that they hope the experience was OK and I wrote on the text back that it wasn't so good thinking they would ask why but no more question to the service am not saying its a bad place to get your car fixed but the experience I had was not a good one

A Friday after 7, all our "usual" tire places were closed! Panicked, we searched for late night or 24 hour tire repair. It's right in the name!!! They answered the call right away. They were super communicative with my son, and also with me (I'm sure I was being a little "extra" since I was a little worried to begin with!) They were (unfortunately) unable to patch the tire, but had an appropriate one in stock to replace it, so my son was safely on his way in just a couple hours. It didn't break the bank, either, which was a relief since it *was* an after hours, roadside call. "Thank you" for your care and service doesn't say enough.
